Ok, I would probably not book this hotel again.

Needs to be updated. Carpet needs replaced. TV channels had a huge sports package, but limited on other channels.

It was close to Purina Farms and the price was decent.
Pros:

I loved all the cable TV stations. I have stayed at many a motel that has the cable set up like theirs, so I was happy to have that.

Cons:

This motel had one of the worst breakfast options I have encountered. I stay practically every weekend for either work or non work travel during the spring, summer and fall. I was very disappointed in the choice of breakfast options. I mean,
biscuits and gravy every single day - really! No packages of oatmeal to just add hot water to. 1 kind of fruit only (can't remember what it was), no toast, muffins, bagels etc. At least the yogurt was decent. And every motel has waffles.
I did appreciate the times that breakfast was available so I could get yogurt and coffee. Since I had a dog to walk, I would have appreciated the grass a bit shorter.

Pros:

Ricky the manager was super friendly and had great local restaurant recs. Easy parking and room was spacious.

Cons:

Breakfast offerings were all carbs and the coffee was weak :(
