A beautiful joyful experience and the best welcome to San Luis
Pros:

Libia was an amazing representative of the Hilton. She went above and beyond to assist us and our large family from Australia. All of the front of house staff were just awesome and helpful. Our house keeper was also so very helpful and assisted us with all of our personal requests.

Cons:

I had to keep asking for coffee. The property is beautiful x

Abysmal Experience
Pros:

Dined in their lobby restaurant, couldn't regret the experience more.

Beginning with sitting down to a dirty, stain-ridden menu - for far above-average prices even in a fine dining setting - I got wretchedly poor service, incapable of providing recommendations, leaving the table unattended for 40 minute periods, neglecting drink orders already made for 15 minutes at the bar, all while I could only see two other parties in the area.

The food: cold albeit decent, don't request an extra (for example, a sauce/salsa) as that will take another 20 minutes for them to provide, without any exaggeration.

If you're looking to dine while in the area for good food and decent service, there are far better and more enjoyable options than here, would much more recommend La Legendaria, Almacen, and Mochomos.

La alberca climatizada y te ofrecen servicio de toallas ahí mismo.

Cons:

Buffet tiene costo de $299 por adulto, la comida no me pareció excepcionalmente deliciosa.
Pero el día del padre costaba 45% más.
Tiene un cargador para vehículo eléctrico que le falta mantenimiento, es de carga lenta y falla en ocasiones. Cuando tienen evento en los salones del hotel, ocupan el lugar de estacionamiento destinado a carga de vehículos eléctricos, con otros autos de gasolina.
Solamente un cargador para autos BMW/BYD/Volvo. Si alguien se conecta antes que tú, estará conectado durante al menos 4 horas.
