Sitio bonito con mucho estilo.
Pros:

La atención es muy buena, el lugar en lo general está muy bonito, tiene detalles tipo colonial bastante llamativos. La comida del desayuno es muy buena!

Cons:

Algunos espacios parecen algo descuidados (falta de mantenimiento), y al menos en mi habitación la tabla de planchado estaba demasiado sucia (con manchas).

Me sentí bien atendida y en confianza
Pros:

Que es pet friendly, que el buffet de desayuno es variado y tienen platanitos fritos. Además el inmueble es muy bonito, sobre todo en la noche con la iluminación que tiene.

Cons:

Me he hospedado en varias ocasiones, entiendo que no es un hotel nuevo, sin embargo considero que el mantenimiento tiene varias áreas de oportunidad. En una de las habitaciones la alfombra estaba muy sucia, luego en otra ocasión me tocó una habitación con la silla del escritorio rota de la tapicería. El plus sería que tuvieran batas de baño y pantuflitas.

me hicieron pagar una persona extra sin avisarnos cuando solicitamos una habitación adicional y que se pagó en el momento de check in, cuando solicitamos rembolso o compensación para un desayuno nos dijeron que no podían revolver dinero ni dar desayuno, la gerente no me dio una buena atención a mi situación.

Great and convenient place to stay.
Pros:

The location was excellent in walking distance to restaurants, stores and main avenues. The hotel is lovely with great amenities.

Cons:

It can be noisy at times. I did not like that there is no control on who can access the guest rooms. Anyone can wander around.

Bonita hacienda cómoda con buenas camas, habitaciones amplias y excéntricas atención del staff.
Pros:

Elegí el hotel por su arquitectura, sientes que estás fuera de una ciudad.

Cons:

Ya es algo viejo y las instalaciones no son las mejores, sobre todo en gimnasio y accesorios, muebles.
