Pros:

Of the hundreds of hotels I've stayed in lifetime this Hotel is easily the best I've ever stayed at. No exageration. The most beautiful Hotel with amazing restaurants and the friendliest staff I have ever met. This is a 6 star Hotel.

I have stayed at the Hotel Shangri-La in Jakarta on multiple occasions. It is a nice hotel with friendly and professional staff. Breakfast is a great combination of Indonesian, western, and other foods. The pool and children’s water play area make this a great option for those traveling to Jakarta with children.

Was really disappointed in Horizon Club breakfast. Several stations empty at 9am and staff can't be bothered to replenish them. Definitely not 5 star service

Pros:

Stayed 3 nights with executive club access. Excellent spa, bar and nightclub with live music every night. Great food in the executive club. Excellent service from all staff. Very happy with the stay
