The staff was the most amazing part.
Pros:

The support staff was amazing. However, through my stay I was bit by cockroaches. I was switched to a completely different room and while sitting on the couch there were so many cockroaches I was able to kill some and take to front desk. The day manager was annoyed by me bringing this issue to light. I was required to get a special medicine when returned home to help with the illness that occurred due to the infestation problem. The manager would not offer me a comped stay wole there or an entire different stay.

Cons:

It would have been best if there was a pest control solution on site as well as compensation for stay. There was also a time that I slipped while walking outside due to wet floor. Manager saw the incident. My left ankle was so swollen where I couldn't walk and there was no medical care provided.

The bar is like a museum, best Tequila Collection in the city!
Very honest team, they found my hat and I could pick it up later.

Cons:

Tuve un inconveniente con mis toallas. Algunas tenían pelos de antiguos huéspedes y no conseguí por más que intenté explicar mi problema que lo resolvieran

Liked the staff and relative quiet location.
Pros:

Quiet, free parking, great service, if you like walking you can visit the "party" area in about 30 min. Very friendly and official service. Didn't try breakfast or dinner in the hotel. Very small pool area. Take / request a garden room, it does make a difference wrt noise and view.

Recomendable pero tiene detalles que deberían mejorar
Pros:

Buena ubicación, muy ordenado y limpio todo y además el diseño de interiores es muy lindo.

Cons:

Las cunas para bebés son un desastre, viejas y en mal estado.
el jacuzzi no funciona prácticamente no se calienta el agua. Una decepción total.
La proporción calidad-precio no es buena. Deberian mejorar varias cosas para que valiera la pena por el precio

Staff was great but room/hotel had better days....
Pros:

The inside court gardens with the statues, fountains, were great. The staff, especially the handyman was very courteous, and friendly... We saw him to many times because he had to come back three times to fix, curtain, lamps, fridge.

Cons:

Again, I am not sure but it seems like when I book with booking.com, hotel give us the lower quality rooms. The rooms that we had 101, was not a 5 stars hotel room. It was an old room, nothing updated... the handyman came three times to had a curtain, to exchange a broken lamp, and to repair the fridge. The good thing about the room was... it was spacious. Staff was great but room/hotel had better days....
