Pros:

I shown up at the hotel but was informed by the operator that my booking was not done prior to my arrival (despite of the confirmation of booking by email I received from Expedia a day in advance). I was declined to check in on 5/11/21 due to mitmatch of booking information between OYO and Expedia.
