Wednesday evenings are particularly busy in our bar due to the local student night. As a result guests staying in rooms above the bar may experience increased noise during the evening up until 10:30pm. We recommend that guests who are sensitive to noise take this into consideration when booking.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Good location, both Jesmond and West Jesmond a twelve minute walk away.
Room (Tile missing in ceiling/drawer missing in chest of drawers, bathroom full dirty - turned a white sock grey instantly!), corridor, bar all grim and in desperate need of modernising. Bought a pint of Amstel in the bar, which was undrinkable, tasted like the lines hadn't been cleaned properly. Breakfast was minimal and bland
The property is run down, mould everywhere, dirty, staff was argumentative when asked for a refund as we couldn’t stay in the hotel, still waiting for our refund and our breakage deposit back
