Good location and staff really good
Floors in room was sticky from spilled alcohol from pervious guests, lights didn't work in bathroom, banging was heard all night becuase of boiler in the basement that pipes run through the room we was in amd we got no sleep, shower door was broke, so water went everywhere when showering

Building could do with up date room great area on way to room tried same as bars
Good location, friendly staff. Bed was comfy and shower was hot. Car park was ideal.
Breakfast was a bit bare bones, you get coffee and kettle in your room but a machine or ready made at the breakfast table would be good.

Booked with breakfast, but wasnt made clear it was only cereal or toast and had to pay extra for a full breakfast. No coffee and no staff.
Drains were blocked up during the night so had to sleep with the windows open due to the smell.
All together, not the best and completely needs a revamp as the whole building needs updating
The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel room was very neat, and the bed was comfortable. The location is perfect for getting around Newcastle.
