We arrived very early morning due to our flight schedule. The two gentlemen at the reception arranged a 1/2 price and allowed us to check in early. The hotel is beautifully decorated, quiet, and comfortable. I would only change the breakfast options as the buffet retained the same menu each morning.

Everything was good except for the water faucet being weak, but overall it was good hotel with great staff service.

Otelin iç tasarımı ve odaların konforu harikaydı. Kahvaltısı da Türk kültürüne çok yakın. Merkezi çarşı taraflarına 4 km uzaklıkta. Uygulama taksi kullandık fiyatlar ucuzdu. Otel çalışanları güleryüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Her sorumuzu çözdüler. Teşekkür ediyorum hepsine. Oda temizliği de çok iyiydi. Onlara da teşekkür ederim.Tavsiye ederim herkese. Biz çok beğendik.

We stayed at this hotel in Baku for a total of three days across two visits – from June 4th to 5th and again from June 8th to 10th, 2025. The hotel was absolutely beautiful, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Located in a central area, it was very convenient – just a short walk to a nearby park and with a supermarket close by.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating throughout both our stays. A special mention to the front desk managers who made us feel truly welcomed and taken care of.

The food was delicious, and the room was consistently clean and well-maintained. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Baku!

Sehr sauberes Hotel. Leider nicht umweltfreundlich: alle Handtücher werden immer!!! erneuert, auch wenn man dies nicht möchte. Jeden Tag ist die Seife weg und man muss eine neue nehmen. Das Personal ist äusserst freundlich und aufmerksam. Da im Hotel Familien Events stattfinden ist es meist sehr umtriebig und laut und die Hotelgäste kommen spät und lautstark in Ihre Zimmer und dadurch hat man viele Lärmbelästigungen den man hört alles vom Flur her. Zimmer nett und praktisch.

Good breakfast with a nice selection of hot and cold food.
Located just a few minutes walk from the world largest flag and make sure to check out a small park across from the hotel. Sit and enjoy tea and watch life go by.

A beautiful hotel with courteous staff and a very great location! Overall Great value for your money. We were a group and took 5 rooms. We had a good experience with the place. All the city highlights are in the vicinity hence easy n faster to travel.

The place is cozy, clean, and near to the main city. Friendly and helpful receptionists and Manager. Great restaurant and food is delicious and tasty. Nice ambiance and sorroyndings. The whole stay was great and relaxing. Thanks for all the help Zahra, Inran, Rufat, and Mr. Kenan. It was an awesome experience.

This is excellent hotel with the magical eastern atmosphere. Easy to get in and walking distance from the boulevard. Some stores around. Very good breakfast, hospitable staff, clean rooms. Rooms decorated with great taste. I definitely will want to come back here in my future visits to Baku.

This is the best hotel I have lived in Baku it was the best experience possible.
I have great respect Mr. Ruffat who helped me in upgrading my room and fixing minor issues in the room.
The restaurant in the hotel is also with par the hotel standards.
Anyone opting for the hotel will have the best experience possible.

Coh guzel rahat bit otel

I would look elsewhere. The room cleaners are very hard to deal with. The rooms not cleaned when staying here for 3 days. Only first day we have bottled water. Asked for more and was questioned as to why. Asked for more soap and questioned as to why. The cleaners just sit around and are rude. Staff unhelpful. Towels not even replenished after 3 days. Breakfast very bland and not a great selection. Location is away from the city. Look Elsewhere.

Exceptional Stay at Sapphire Bayil – A Baku Gem!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sapphire Bayil Hotel in Baku, and it was an absolute delight from start to finish.

The staff's kindness and attentiveness were truly remarkable. I was thrilled when they generously upgraded my room, which turned out to be incredibly spacious and even featured a lovely balcony! The luxurious bed and towels added a touch of pampering to my stay.

The breakfast spread each morning was extensive and delicious, offering a wide variety of choices to satisfy every palate.

Sapphire Bayil is one of the best hotel I've experienced in Baku – highly recommended

The sheets were not clean and too small for the size of the bed. The bathroom was not cleaned once in the three nights we stayed there. It was also never vacuumed. The hotel was a bit out of town, but it was about a 15-20 minute walk and about 5 minutes by cab. The breakfast wasn't a highlight either. The selection of bread was a little small. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Alles war wie gewünscht

Endured a room (w no safe) for 3 nights w no natural light or outside air. V noisy as it overlooked a covered courtyard, which funneled sounds like an echo chamber.
Asked for a chair and shower cap, never delivered.
Manual key didn't work after closing door. Went for a walk while they 'fixed' it. 2nd key didn't work, so more delay, before 3rd time lucky!
Returned one day at 4pm, room not made up. Next day, returned at 7pm, room again not made up!
Breakfast v good, but dinner was expensive and appalling. Easily the worst casserole I've ever been served.

I have been in chats with Nurlana self executive for 28 rooms and she qouted me 100AZN but when i confirmed her she said that she cant offer same price and increased it to 120 , plus she is also not letting me talk to the director or the director is too busy to even talk for a minute. please find the images below and take necessary actions to stop unfair trade practices
