Everything a hotel should be.
Pros:

Liked everything about this hotel, very cozy and comfortable; one of the best beds i have slept in. The front desk staff are exceptional, could not have done more to make my stay more comfortable.

The Ramada will be my go to hotel when in Kelowna

That it was centeral

Cons:

I had a mix up at the end where I checked out and left with an email receipt. I got to where my son’s game was to then look at my email and they had checked out the wrong room. They did put everything right but I did have to go back to the hotel to sort everything out which was an inconvenience.
