Very friendly staff, the location was great and the hotel is very pet - friendly indeed. Never have I seen a list of restaurants available at reception of restaurants that welcome dogs - wonderful idea!

Cons:

I just feel that the price of 300 euros per night (including the tiny charge for the dog) is represented in the condition of the hotel. I have stayed in San Sebastián many times, having paid both less and more than this price. I cannot justify this sort of price in this instance, I’m afraid. I must add that I did not have breakfast so this may well be an excellent feature also.

Pros:

The hotel is slightly dated in a way, but it doesn’t matter as it is so comfortable and such a gorgeous place to stay. Possibly a tiny bit of TLC. Main receptionist really helpful at ensuring we got a room.

Cons:

Not so keen on the standard room. The superior rooms are way ahead.

A chilled retreat in a beautiful city.
Pros:

Nicely located with wonderful view, yet only a 20 minute bus ride to the old town. Relaxing lounge and pool area.

Pros:

O PA tinha qualidade e variedade. As camas eram razoáveis e o estore elétrico era bom.

Cons:

O preço é completamente exagerado. A luz com sensores da casa de banho é super irritante porque está sempre a apagar. O duche tinha pouca pressão.
