Nice hotel, friendly helpful staff.
Pros:

Helpful friendly staff. Nice outside area if you wanted to relax. Free parking

Cons:

Breakfast wasn't the best of our trip, but OK.
Location slightly away from the main centre, which made finding dinner awkward (food was a major part of our trip).

Pros:

Everything was perfect, I mean really perfect. Location, hotel with charm, seaside atmosphere, great view, large room, comfortable bed, perfectly clean. And the breakfast - rich, tasteful, with a perfect view under the sun.

Pros:

El hotel es excelente en todo sentido, su personal muy amable y atento, las instalaciones cómodas, luminosas y limpias. Tiene TV Smart
En un entorno de naturaleza, a pocas cuadras de la playa, en el sector del monte IIgeldo. Tiene parking gratuito.

Another brilliant stay!!! We will be back soon.
Pros:

This was our 6th stay at the hotel. We stay here as it dog friendly and in a great location. The accommodation should be rated 4* as the rooms are perfect and the staff very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Our only minor issue is that we cannot take our small dog into the restaurant at BFST, which is not normally an issue as you can sit outside on terrace unless it is a rainy day.

Great hotel if travelling with a car and amazing reception staff.

A comfortable hotel with a good size car park and amazingly helpful reception staff.

Cons:

The walk from the city centre up a hill to reach the hotel. The lift was under repair but the engineers did manage to repair it before we left thanks to persistent hotel staff.
