Encontramos este hotel por casualidad. Pero ahora, cada vez que vamos de Asturias a Alemania, nos alojamos aquí. Todo es perfecto en este hotel: está situado en una colina, con vistas desde las ventanas a toda la ciudad y al mar. Además, la playa y los restaurantes están a menos de 15 minutos a pie.
Las habitaciones dobles superior son bastante amplias. Y la habitación cuádruple premium es simplemente enorme. Las habitaciones están muy limpias y tienen todo lo necesario. El personal del hotel es muy amable y siempre está dispuesto a ayudar. El aparcamiento es gratuito, algo poco habitual en San Sebastián. Y a mi perro siempre le espera en la habitación un cuenco con agua, un cojín de calidad y golosinas. Volveremos allí una y otra vez.

Pros:

Free parking and dog friendly. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable hotel. Exactly as described. Great value for money. Reception even printed a 1 page document for me which was greatly appreciated. Our black lab loved the dog bed, bowl and treats for her, including the fenced in dog run in the garden. We are driving from the UK to Portugal and had a great stop in San Sebastian. We walked to the old town for dinner and got a taxi back with the dog in the boot- i took her blanket.

Cons:

Everything was great for the price. A nice touch would be complimentary tea/coffee facilities in the room or in the hotel.

A great 2 night stay while exploring San Sebastian.
Pros:

A clean, quiet hotel with a good sized and well equipped room and good parking. The old town is a very pleasant 3km walk around the bay from the hotel.

Un poco alejado del centro. Al ser complicado aparcar en el centro, hay que coger transporte publico que en muchos casos hay que subir y bajar la cuesta del hotel.
