I got impressed with the facilities and the team. Very nice and comfortable room, with a nice bathroom, specially the shower. Plenty of hot water at any time. Very nice breakfast (the bread and cheese… the dulce de leche… wow). The staff were really nice and helpful, namely Ruben, Leo, Daisy and Pablo. What a great Hotel, in a very central plaza in La Paz!

Great hotel, very close to the main attractions, great rooms, confortable bed and good shower, breakfast was also good. I want to say that the staff is very very helpful, in particular I want to thank Ruben and Leo who helped us a lot with luggage, taxis, exchanging money and tours, always with a smile. Definitely recommend.

We had such a wonderful stay at Altus Express La Paz. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our trip smooth and comfortable. A special mention to Abigail, who was incredibly helpful in organising everything from hairdresser appointments to booking taxis – nothing was ever too much trouble.

The rooms were spotless, warm, and very comfortable, with cozy beds that made it easy to rest after long days of exploring. It really felt like a home away from home.

If you’re visiting La Paz and want a place with excellent service, personal touches, and true comfort, I can’t recommend Altus Express enough.

The hotel was fantastic - clean, modern and comfortable. I slept very we'll here and the shower was very good too. Ruben was very kind and helpful, a real asset to this business and a tremendous ambassador to his country. He was friendly, knowledgeable about history and where to eat, do's and don'ts etc. I'd highly recommend staying here.

The hotel is well positioned in Sucre square. It was quite dusty but it is because they are doing some refurbishment. Very good breakfast even if basic. Quite clean. Very friendly staff

Hotel bem localizado, com fácil acesso a vários lugares. Quarto aconchegante e limpo. O pessoal da recepção é prestativo, sempre nos ajudam.

Hotel staff especially the ladies were amazing ! Breakfast was fresh every day. The shower was out of this world too and the view from my window balcony was breathtaking

Bem localizado com bom atendimento. O quarto que pegamos no andar mais alto era grande e confortável.
Dá para visitar os principais pontos turísticos a pé.
Fica em frente a uma praça e perto de mercados, caixas eletrônicos, restaurantes, etc.
Pecou pelo fato de não ter ar condicionado no quarto o qual ficava quente durante o dia, mas abrimos as janelas e amenizou.
O café da manhã é ok

Hotel com a arquitetura muito linda, estilo neoclássico francês, o interior dele é bem novo, atendimento muito agradável pelos funcionários, vista surreal, localização surreal, recomendo muito.

o atendimento é ótimo, cama muito confortável e chuveiro ótimo! Achei que faltou aquecedor no quarto e as opções do café da manhã poderiam ser melhores.

3階の部屋でとても綺麗でエレベーターもついていてよかった。早朝空港についたのでEarlyチェックインもできてたすかった。

O Restaurante era limitado nas refeições, e mesmo assim os lanches nao seguiam o mesmo padrão. Mas o atendimento da Recepção foi ótimo.

Nice place, a bit noisy. Food was good, we had a good time

The rooms and staff were great. Hot water and shower pressure was prefect every time, in room heat control as well.
