Perfect place for a family vacation, friendly staff
Pros:

Location was perfect, have everything you need around. Breakfast was really good. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The whole place is maintained clean.

Pros:

The front desk staff during the check-in was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and spacious which includes everything I need to at least make it feels like home- plates, utensils, apartment size refrigerator and microwave etc

Spacious and clean. Friendly staff.
Pros:

Our suite was very nice and roomy. Had everything we needed. The hotel was very clean ( thanks Helen for your hard work). We did hear the train when it passed by but it was not really disturbing and not constant. Close to restaurants. Included breakfast was very good. Staff was very friendly.

Front desk man the first night ...was not doing his job but all the staff are nice

Great breakfast
Pros:

Best free, hot breakfast. We actually liked the coffee which has never happened at any other hotel. We like the location - close to restaurants, grocery and freeway. It was clean and staff was helpful and friendly. Biggest complaint, had to stand between the toilet and shower to open and close the door from inside this space.

Perfect for our family
Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay here! The suite was spacious and comfortable. Perfect location for visiting our daughter (LU student), with many restaurants and shopping nearby. A shining star during our visit was Brian, the friendly professional in charge of the breakfast buffet. He was so kind and went out of his way to greet everyone, asking how their stay was and if they needed anything. He was a delight and a real asset to this property!

Pros:

Room was very nice, little to no noise from outside (hallway, other rooms).
Very clean, all employees very courteous and helpful.

Cons:

When I took my dog out the back to use the bathroom, employees were taking smoke breaks by that door. At one time I saw no less than 12 cigarette butts on the ground 🫩 There was no receptacle for them to deposit them BUT, litter is litter 😕

Cons:

Kitchen was filthy. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned and there was a cup stain on the table. Also the bathroom sink faucet was loose.
