El chico que nos recibió en recepción muy amable y agradable, la cama muy cómoda, muy tranquilo sin ruido, el estacionamiento, la tv tiene acceso a plataformas como Netflix.
Nos daban la opción de limpiar la habitación y decidimos ir a recepción a pedir que nos hicieran la limpieza, lamentablemente cuando llegamos a la habitación, hicieron la cama mal y no limpiaron ni el baño, ni la habitación y tampoco nos sacaron la basura.
Es un área importante a mejorar porque el hotel tiene muchos servicios.

Pas grand chose, juste le bruit de la route le matin car énormément de circulation. Mais le soir moins de circulation, donc on a bien dormi

Le personnel au petit déjeuner. Complètement débordé et je pense exploité avec l'obligation d'être partout en même temps
Trop bruyant par rapport à la route proche très fréquentée. Mauvaise insonorisation intérieure. Lavabo de la salle de bain très bas. Pas de poubelle dans la salle de bain.

Un homme de ménage est rentré dans ma chambre un matin alors que je dormais. De plus , le personnel ce samedi matin n’a pas été très agréable.

L emplacement des chambres en rdc donnant sur le parking...donc aucune intimité et beaucoup de bruit

Un monsieur très professionnel
Matelas qui m’a gratté toute la nuit, obligé de s’enrouler dans la couette qui était ouverte au niveau de la couture, un espace douche, trop petit en largeur et en hauteur, la cuvette des WC, posée, de travers et pas super propre.

26 degré dans la chambre . Climatisation en panne mais pas fonctionnelle .
Poussière sous le lit. Lit superposé sur la tête de lit 2 places . Pas très sécurisant
Le confort du lit ,j'aurais aimer avoir un d'oreiller un peu moins mou et le lit position plus haut quand ont n'est allonger trop bas .seul bémols .pour mon cas. .
