Duzy pokój z widokiem na miasto i hamburskue kanały, bardzo dobra lokalizacja, parking, blisko przystanki komunikacji miejskiej, łatwy dojazd do centrum

Einfach schön etwas ausserhalb des zentrums !
Pros:

Die ruhige Lage am Deich ist einfach wundervoll. Auch die neue Anbindung der S- und U-Bahn Elbbrücken hilft den öffentlich Anreisenden sehr. Sinnvol wäre sicherlich noch eine Fußgängerbrücke direkt zur S-Bahn, sodass man nicht über die Brücken gehen muß.

Dejlig morgenmad, der var næsten alt.. lækkert

Cons:

Lidt dårlig eller rettere ingen info fra receptionen omkring Hamburg kort med rabatter og bus / U bahn retning centrum.

Frühstück war wirklich sehr gut und ausreichend. Mitarbeiter am Empfang waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Cons:

Das Hotel befindet sich denke ich gerade etwas im Umbau. Einige Zimmer dürften schon renoviert bzw. noch nicht so alt sein wie dieses in dem wir schlafen mussten. Leider konnte ich bei der Buchung nicht auswählen welche "Kategorie" ich buche - sehr schade.

Fint hotel rent med høfligt personale. Placering lidt fo langt væk fra centrum og spisemuligheder.

Der lugtede meget af kloak ude foran ved indgangen.
Lidt for langt væk fra centrum.
En skam at der ikke var mulighed for at spise aftensmad på hotellet og hotellets bar ikke er åben.

I liked the hotel. The staff was helpful. The breakfast selection was perfect.

Cons:

We arrived by car from Denmark. According to the description, there was no need to request parking in advance because free parking was available, and this was indeed the case. There was one empty space, but getting out of the car was quite problematic, as the parking spaces are so small that if someone parks poorly, the whole situation quickly turns into chaos. That is exactly what we experienced.

There are free parking spaces for about 10 cars. There are plenty of available parking spots next to the hotel, and I don’t understand why they cannot be made available to guests. We arrived in the afternoon and found one free space, then we went into the city center. In the evening, when we returned to the hotel, there were no free spaces left, so we parked in the underground garage.

The cost of the garage is €22 per 24 hours. That would not be a problem if it really worked that way—but it doesn’t. We parked in the evening and left again in the morning. The actual parking time was about 13 hours, yet we still had to pay the full 24-hour fee. I don’t understand why, if the system is card-based, the fee is not calculated based on the actual parking time. The same thing happened the following day as well.

Skønt hotel med gå afstand ind til centrum. Lækker morgenmads buffe. Gode store værelser. Dejlig med pakering i kælderen.. offentlige Transport lige rundt om hjørnet.
Venlig og hjælpsom personale.

Cons:

Ærgerligt at baren ikke havde åben.
En træls lugt af kloak lige når man kommer ud af hotellet.
