Pros:

Comfy bed and helpful staff. A good location for transport, busses and trains. It was great to have a washing machine and dryer in the room.

Cons:

The room was dusty, with stains on the carpets and sofas. The hob had a big and sharp crack to it. There was a dishwasher and microwave but it would have been more beneficial to have an oven instead of a dishwasher.

The cot was very uncomfortable for our daughter, there no mattress or padding. There was a ledge as you walked into the bathroom which was dangerous, we had to leave the light on throughout the night to see it. There was not an airer for allowing clothes to naturally dry.

The pool and gym were closed for our whole stay. This was not made known to us during booking or before arrival and was a key reason why we chose this setting.

Pros:

Great location and comfortable bed.

Cons:

The hotel markets and prices itself as 5 stars so the expectations are higher - a working coffee machine, towels that are not slightly worn, fully functional cupboards etc. Wouldn't be a problem in a budget location but is disappointing in a premium location.

Would come back again, hopefully all facilities are up and running.
Pros:

The studio apartment was clean and classy in all aspects with zero complaints with the room

Cons:

The pool and gym facilities were out of order for the full 6 nights of our stay which was a bit of a let down considering it was a contributing factor to staying at one global resort

Didn’t meet my expectations
Pros:

Location

Cons:

Rooms need to be revamped! Stains on walls and carpet lifting in bedrooms. Also curtains had stains. It doesn’t feel comfortable or look like it does in the photos or tv. Also hallways leading into rooms were dirty. Needs an overhaul

100+ living and dead flying insect in bathroom.
