The style and set out of the apartment
The elevators access was a little confusing
Our apartment was very comfortable and everything was catered for, the location with the trains so near amazing. Would recommend to anyone going to Sydney.

At best a 3.5 star and to list the hotel as a five star is deceitful at best.
The surrounding area is dirty particularly around the train station and the so called swimming pool reached by passing a filthy KFC!!
The rooms are adequate but are not FIVE STAR.
The location is ten minutes by taxi from Central Quay and the town centre-a disaster for anyone thinking they are booking a hotel in central Sydney.
We had paid in advance and had this not been the case would have checked out in the first five minutes!
A total waste of almost two thousand pounds for seven nights.
We had no issue with the staff.
Perhaps the whole building not having toilets that worked for over nine hours-disgusting.

It was such a lovely place to stay with the family! Everything is so convenient—Green Square Station is just a few steps away, the staff are amazing, there are plenty of restaurants nearby, and Woolworths Metro is also close. The pool, spa, and sauna are beautiful and truly relaxing. No transport stress at all. We’ll definitely be back!
The only issue we had was that we traveled with two grown children (son and daughter) and had requested two single beds for the second bedroom, which couldn’t be arranged. However, we managed, and it would be great if this could be considered in the future. Otherwise, no worries at all.

Lovely apartment, clean, well equipped, serviced most days. Felt of great quality.
Some road noise. Gym was awful- poorly equipped, dirty and badly serviced machines.
Bodyzone gym (5 minutes walk) was fantastic alternative.

Value for money. For the price of around $500 pn, expected higher finish. e.g. level 2 flooring had what looked like big bleach stains on the carpet and a strange smell in the hall. The room was clean and reasonably new but the bed was too small (would've expected a king size for the price) and the room rate didn't include breakfast. The outdoor spa didn't work and the pool was a bit small. We regularly stay at Silkari Chatswood and think the rooms are just as nice and you get a bigger bed. So maybe you're paying a lot for the location with One Global Green Square but it's still 20mins into the CBD. It also felt definitely like a hotel and nothing like a 'resort'.
Hot water not working in first room. Second room dryer was not working. Dryer was fixed.
Die Lage war durch die direkte Anbindung an die Zentrale Zugverbindung zu Innenstadt und zum Flughafen ausgezeichnet. Das Apartment war sauber und sehr großzügig. Das Personal war sehr höflich und sehr hilfsbereit. In unmittelbarer Nähe gab es Restaurants und Lebensmittel.
Leider ist der Zugang zum Fitnessraum und Pool nur über den Außenbereich möglich, so dass man das Hotel verlassen muss. Auch die Aufzüge hätten eine Reinigung nötig gehabt.
