Pros:

Die Lage ist für Sightseeing unschlagbar. Schiffsanleger 2 min, Notre Dame 2 min, Restaurants 2 min laufen. Ja ist ein altes Gebäude aber mit viel Charme und alles soweit inkl. Bad in Ordnung

Der Aufzug war defekt. Es wurde sofort mit einer Kulanzregelung kompensiert. Also alles in Ordnung und sehr freundlicher Umgang

UNA PÉSIMA EXPERIENCIA EN ESTE LUGAR ESPANTOSO

POR EMPEZAR, al llegar tenes que subir escaleras súper estrechas y nadie te ayuda, si vas con valijas ya te digo que ni vayas a ese lugar, segundo es un lugar viejo, con muchísimo olor a humedad y a viejo, con aspecto súper sucio. Tercero al llegara la habitación son súper súper pequeñas, en las fotos engañan, muy oscuras tiene muy poca luz y muy poco lugar para moverte, dice que tienen aire acondicionado y es un aparato muy pequeño que solo tira aire frío por un rato, NO TIENE FRIGOBAR!! estuvimos con la ola de calor y no podíamos tener ni una botella de agua con nosotros es una vergüenza absoluta, continuamos por baño el cual apenas entras porque es un 1x1 y al ducharte se moja todo el baño y hasta la habitación, la mochila del baño no funcionaba!!! era una lucha cada vez que lo usábamos, una mañana se cayó una tapa del techo, gracias a dios no estábamos dentro del baño porque hubiese sido un incidente, luego buscando una prenda mire abajo de la cama y había un sostén de otra persona, se ve que limpian por arriba, MUY SUCIOSS!!! ese sostén estuvo desde nuestro ingreso y hasta el último día, un verdadero asco!!! y había arañas pequeñas, una me salió de la sábana NO RECOMIENDO ESTE LUGAR!!! no vayan no se dejen engañar por favor van a pasarla súper mal!!!!!! Sin hablar de que las personas son 0 amables y el desayuno parece todo viejo. La verdad me deberían compensar por la mala atención y estadía que pasé por mis días ahí, mi viaje fue peor por ustedes

The woman at the front desk was very nice and friendly but the facilities were bad

My wife and I visited Paris for a romantic city break and our stay at Hotel Notre Dame Saint-Michel was simply perfect!❤️

The hotel has a beautiful old-world Parisian charm, with simple yet elegant décor. Made us feel like we were living in a romantic Paris postcard. Every corner had character, warmth, and style.

The location could not have been better. Being right in the heart of Saint-Michel, with Notre-Dame, the Seine, great restaurants and cafés and charming streets just steps away, made exploring Paris effortless and magical.

During our visit, Paris was experiencing an incredible 42°C heatwave, but the hotel's air conditioning was superb. Really. Walking into our cool, comfortable room after a day in the sun was pure bliss and made all the difference...

And the view from the hotel room (room No 21): simply breathtaking — looking straight at Notre-Dame...

Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. We absolutely love this hotel and will happily stay here again. A true gem in the heart of Paris. Super! Our warmest thanks to Henri and the entire staff for their kindness and hospitality!

Pros:

Fabulous location with view of the Seine & Notre Dame . Friendly & helpful staff generally .

Cons:

We asked the manager to call us a taxi . An uber came , dropped us & our luggage 300 metres from our destination & then ripped us off . The staff member who organised this “taxi” could have done better .
