Heerlijk groot bed, geruisloze airco.
Een heel klein dingetje, de koffie bij het ontbijt, waterige ‘cappucino’ die meer naar chocolademelk smaakte dan naar koffie. Maar ja, bekend Frans fenomeen.
Un grazioso hotel nel cuore del quartiere di Montparnasse
Hotellin sijainti oli erinomainen. Kävellen pääsee kulkemaan helposti vasemman rannan nähtävyyksiin (Eiffel-torni, Notre Dame, Musee D´Orsay, Montparnassen hautausmaa, Katakombit), mutta myös metroasema on aivan vieressä. Hotellin ympäristö oli rauhallinen, mutta siltä lähellä oli useita kahviloita ja ravintoloita. Myös ruokakauppoja ja muita liikkeitä on alueella sopivasti.
Hotellin sisustuksessa oli panostettu kiinnostaviin yksityiskohtiin ja hotelli oli kaikin puolin siisti. Sänky ja vuodensohvat olivat mukavat nukua.
Hotelli ei ole kuitenkaan uusi, joka näkyi vähäisenä nuhjuisuutena mm. kokolattiamatoissa, mutta tämä ei häirinnyt meitä ollenkaan. Pyyhkeet vaihdettiin päivittäin, ja huone siivottiin, joka ei ainakaan meille olisi ollut tarpeellista.
