Excellent base to explore Melbourne
Pros:

We arrived late at night and were made very welcome. The room was clean and fresh and any issues quickly sorted. The location is great for exploring Melbourne using the tram system. The balcony was a bonus we didn’t know about until we arrived.

Cons:

If you want an extra bed in the 2 bedroom apartment for no additional cost - you need to book for 5 adults. There is plenty of room for the extra bed.

Pros:

The room was spacious and clean. It was a great location in the heart of the city close to local restaurants. There was plenty of room for all of us to have our own space and the kitchen was stocked with some supplies

Cons:

The advert stated free parking which was incorrect as it was $35 per night. The staff at check in were rude and it seemed we were interrupting their day when we were checking in. The car park isnt secure as we had items stolen during the night from our vehicle.

Cigarette butts on the balcony and even in he were on the top floor balcony door didn’t lock.

Great location and good sized room.
Pros:

Location was excellent. Quiet despite being central.

Cons:

The pillows were uncomfortable. We ended up buying our own. The TV reception wasn’t good and no ability to login to streaming services.
