Unexpectedly excellent
Pros:

I had a basic room here and it was a very hot day over 45c when I returned from dinner I found the air conditioning in the room had failed. The staff inspected it promptly and then within half an hour I was given a new room with a significant upgrade and icy cold air con. They turned a disastrous situation into a very pleasurable outcome for me and handled it deftly.

Cons:

Nothing, this was a very good stay. Like any city hotel it has issues with arrival and parking is a bit of a lottery, but ionce in the building I was well looked after.

I found a used razor with hair placed on my towel ( hanging on the rack) . I think the cleaner forgot to remove it but lucky I used my own towel
