Proximity to everywhere we wanted to go in the city. A short tram ride from Southern Cross station.

Safe but unexciting choice in good location in central Melbourne
Pros:

Adina has long been a consistent, comfortable, mid-range chain of aparthotels. This one on the corner of Queen and Little Bourke is well located for shopping (3 min walk to Myers, David Jones and Emporium), attending the AO tennis etc and is within the free tram zone. Reception is open 24/7. Our One Bedroom apt was spacious and well equipped. The bathroom was smaller and only had a shower over the bath. There was a washing machine and dryer available on each floor (free) and our kitchenette had a hob, microwave, good sized fridge and dishwasher. The decor is a little older and the TVs were not large. But overall, it was a rather bland but perfectly satisfactory base for our week in Melbourne.

All our expectations were met (apart from the above TV issue)
Pros:

A clean and comfortable room. The location suited us perfectly

Cons:

The TV didn't work very well on any channel. I asked reception is someone could take a look at it and it improved slightly. However I was wanting to watch the Australian Open (the purpose of our trip) but it was not clear enough to watch. Very disappointing as I got no further feedback from staff.

Love the location & spacious apartment, king bed was so comfy.

Cons:

I know parking isn’t owned by Adina, but it was a Sh*t show…..I’d not stay there again for that reason! Oh & discovered when we got home someone had clipped my car!!!

Pros:

Location was good for both the city, china town and the river sides. The room was larger than expected. There was every facility and the products to use them. Although did not require the dish washer, washing machine etc.

The carpets are disgustingly dirty.
We were given 1 ply toiletpaper so we bought our own
We had to keep asking for pots and bowls
The one day no one came to even do a "green clean".
The cleaning took my child's face cloth when removing the towels and never brought it back even asking for 3 days
