Comfortable. Great Location. Great Value
Pros:

We loved the penthouse apartment. Well priced and so comfortable, everything we needed. Location was amazing!!! We walked everywhere, close enough to enjoy a lot of what Melbourne has to offer. I highly recommend one of the best accomadations we have stayed at. Ohhh and amazing pool!!!

Cons:

Our room was not ready for our check in, so we did have to wait, but only 15 minutes or so.

Great location but disappointed with transparency of tvs issue in the building

Cons:

Was not told in advance that ALL TVS don’t work. Wanted to watch a particular channel and was advised by reception that having trouble with all tvs in hotel. Moved us to another room but could only get required channel on tv in bedroom

For the location well worth money. But basic
Pros:

Location was great right in the middle of cbd.
Pool facilities and gym great and easy to access.
Reception/foyer area looked beautiful. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The oven was filthy and unusable, the fridge was very ok. Bathroom off main bedroom didn't have rubber mat as stated. Very challenging to get out of shower when wet very slippery handrail did come off and we fixed ourselves. Booked for 5 people however cutlery and plates cups etc was not adjusted from 4 patrons. No extra blankets pillows for extra person either until requested. And no additional bed.??

Pros:

Rooms were great, we had a separate end bedroom with no window which was great for my daughters epilepsy as bright light in morning not good for her but we had no issues which was wonderful!
