We were upgraded to a junior suite which was very comfortable.

In the heart of La Petite France
Pros:

I loved the area. It was close to a tram stop and beautiful architecture. The staff was fabulous and helpful. The hotel wad comfortable and stylish. I'd highly recommend

Cons:

We took the elevator but still had a few stairs to go which is hard with luggage. The sink was in a separate room from the toilet not not a problem.
