Pros:

O pequeno almoço foi muito bom, podia ter mais fruta, mas todos os produtos que tinha eram bons e variàdos. Gostamos especialmente da atenção de oferecerem um snack e bebida assim que chegámos ainda na recepção. Os funcionarios são todos muito simpaticos e atenciosos. O quarto pequeno mas confortavel é o suficiente e a localização do hotel é muitissimo boa. recomendo!

Cons:

Não houve nada a apontar, apenas a ressalva de que a limpeza do quarto podia estar melhor, havia algum pó em algumas zonas, nada de grave, mas para um hotel de 4 estrelas espera-se uma limpeza de nivel mais exigente.

Great location, comfortable rooms
Pros:

Location was fantastic, just steps away from Trevi fountain and a short 10 minute walk to the Spanish Steps. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The complimentary snacks and tea in reception was lovely and there was also complimentary water and panettone in the room upon arrival. The room was quiet, located away from the elevator and stairs. Also, really apprciated the black out curtains as well as the shutters for extra noise insulation and pitch black darkness for sleeping.

Cons:

The hotel itself is a bit dated and the rooms are on the smaller side. Very low water pressure in the shower. Small detail, but no bathrobes and low quality toiltries. Overall, it felt more like a 3 star.

Дуже привітні на рецепції, нас поселили в 11:00, хоча поселення з 14:00 і запропонували невеликий перекус. Це було дуже приємно

Cons:

Спа не працювало в ті дні, що ми були я оголошення про це не було ніде. При виборі готелю, для нас це було важливо

Location was very central

Cons:

The rooms were hot and the thermostat would not work. The windows do open though so I simply cracked the window. The location is a bit noisy until shops and restaurants close for the night but this was not a problem for me.
