Our stay was very enjoyable
Pros:

The property is a good location, close to everything. Staff were very friendly and breakfast was the best!

Cons:

Sometimes it does get a bit congested but that can’t be helped

Το δωμάτιο ηταν αρκετά ανετο αλλα για τα δικά μου γούστα ηταν λίγο σκληρό το στρώμα οχι τοσο αναπαυτικό Σε γενικές γραμμές ομως μείναμε αρκετά ευχαριστημένοι ηταν καθαρά ήσυχα με καθημερινά καθαρές πετσέτες παροχή νερού πολυ καλό σερβις γενικά

Very good hotel, close to the fontana! Great.
Pros:

The workers there were very gentle.
The room isn´t large, but was very clean, with new stuff, big bed and good bathroom.
The hotel is two quarters from the fontana di trevi, perfect for walking around.
There was a spa and a gym, but we didn't have time to enjoy it.

Cons:

The breakfast should be more complete.
There was only a few options of fruits.
It was good, but a 6/10 good.

Pros:

la literie est confortable et la chambre agréable avec de nombreux rangements.
le fauteuil massant dans la partie commune est un gros plus après une grosse journée de marche.
le petit déjeuner est varié aussi bien en sucré qu'en salé et on peut se presser des oranges.

Cons:

l'isolation phonique entre les chambres et avec le couloir n'est pas bonne.
le ménage étant fait dès 8h, ce que je comprends, les bruits se diffusent un peu partout.

ממליצים בחום על המלון, למרות כמה מינוסים

השירות מעולה, היו מאוד קשובים לצרכים שלנו, היו שירותיים, אדיבים ונחמדים מאוד! המיקום מצויין! ארוחת הבוקר טובה. החדר שאנחנו היינו בו גדול מאוד ויפה! הוא שופץ לפני חצי שנה. בלובי תמיד היה איש קבלה 24/7 שזה היה חשוב לנו, וגם מעלית במלון. בלובי היה מאפים, ממתקים ותה קר חינם כל הזמן.
בחדר נותנים בקבוק מים ובקבוק סודה ראשונים חינם.
בגלל שחגגנו יום הולדת הם השאירו לנו יין ועוגיות מתנה.
סך הכל ממש נהננו בשהות שלנו ואנחנו ממליצים על המלון.

Cons:

החדר שלנו היה קרוב לחצר העישון של המלון, לכן היה ריח חזק מאוד של סיגריות שנכנס לחדר כל הזמן.
בנוסף אין ארון בגדים בחדר.
מבחינת המזגן- השליטה בטמפרטורה של המזגן היא של המלון, ואם אני רוצה לשנות משהו אני צריכה להתקשר לקבלה😔.
גם מבחינת המים החמים במקלחת. אם התקלחנו בשעה סבירה היה מים רותחים. אם התקלחנו בשעה מאוחרת אז לקח המון זמן עד שהגיעו המים החמים, וגם זה רק אחרי שהתקשרנו לקבלה להבין למה אין מים.
רמת הניקיון בחדר לא טובה. כשהרמנו את הסמיכה כדי להכנס למיטה היה הרבה לכלוך על הסדין. גם מעל המיטה איפה שמשענת הגב היה הרבה אבק. המראות לא היו נקיות וגם לא הקירות.
כל פעם שיצאנו מהחדר היינו צריכים להפקיד את המפתח בקבלה- לא הבנו מדוע? למה לא לעשות כרטיסים כמו בכל מלון?
מזרון המיטה לא היה נוח במיוחד.
