Pros:

Breakfast in this hotel was excellent. Wide selection of italian ham, cheese, eggs, pastries, fruits, fruit juices, coffees, yogurt, mysli, sausages. I would say it was No 1. best breakfast in town.

O hotel fica em uma localização privilegiada, a 2 quadras da Fontana di Trevi.
O funcionários são extremamente atenciosos e prestativos.
O café da manhã é excelente.

Cons:

Os únicos pontos negativos do hotel é que o horário da café da manhã começa um pouco tarde, às 07:00 hs, pra quem quer ir nos primeira hora das atrações ou precisa pegar trem ou avião cedo.
O segundo é o box do banheiro ser bem pequeno, mas não atrapalharam a estadia.

場所重視ならこじんまりとしていて良いホテルだと思います。
Pros:

立地、トレビの泉、スペインステップなど近くにあること。朝食が新鮮で量も丁度良く美味しかったこと。朝食の係りの男性の目配り気配り、動きが良くフレンドリーで感心しました。こじんまりとしたホテルなので出入りの際の声かけがとても良かったです。

Cons:

部屋が狭い。バスタブ付きでお願いしていたのにシャワーしかない激狭な部屋に案内され予約内容と違うと伝えたら翌日部屋をチェンジしてくれたが正直、移動は面倒でした。お掃除は決して綺麗とは言えません。
バスタブを掃除をされる方からは見えないのか浴槽の隙間の黒カビが浴槽に浸かっていると見えてしまいその黒カビがちょっと酷くて見ないようにして入りました💦落ちないカビではなく滑りの凄い黒カビです。古くても綺麗だと尚、気持ち良く過ごせるので残念に思いました。6泊の直前予約だったためスタンダードの部屋しか取れなかったので
とにかく部屋が狭くて洗面お風呂が特に狭く（トイレに座るとドアは開けられません。）隣の部屋の排水の音や廊下の音もかなり聞こえました。ベッドマットが硬すぎて板のようでした。物が無くなると言う口コミが見受けられたので出かける際には金庫に入れたり気をつけました。
