Not a very clean hotel with noisy rooms.
Pros:

Good location for all the shopping on Avellaneda st. Spacious room. 24 hour front desk.

Cons:

Rooms very basic. Lots of noise from courtyard and from other rooms. Hair balls and dust in the room. Marks on bedsheets. No fitted sheets. 2 flat sheets used instead. No coffee machine in room. Electrical outlets very difficult to use for foreigners that use adaptors. Plugs always loose in the sockets. Balcony very narrow.

La verdad que el lugar es super limpio, muy confortable, el personal muy amable. Fue una gran estadia!

Pros:

Ótima localização, boa estadia, quarto grande, tudo muito limpo, bebedouro de agua a vontade. Única coisa que deixou a desejar é que faltou papel higienico. Acho que esqueceram de colocar e ficamos com vergonha de pedir. Sorte que eu sempre ando com um rolo extra na minha bolsa.
