Perfect Stay in Santa Fe
Pros:

My friend and I spent 4 nights at La Fonda and had the best experience. The staff were super friendly and professional, the room was cozy and well decorated, and the location absolutely can't be beat. We also enjoyed the main restaurant, the bar area and the French bakery. If you are there over the weekend, definitely take the free art and architecture tour (just ask the concierge to sign you up) to learn about the history of the hotel, the hotel's art and some history of Santa Fe. I would 100% stay here again.

we would definitely stay here again
Pros:

the first time we ate in the restaurant, Angel was an excellent server.

the location was perfect

i really liked having a first floor room, it was very convenient.

Cons:

on check out day, our key card was deactivated before we could check out and the staff could not get it reactivated so we had issues getting into our room on the last day

the room could have used an additional luggage rack

the second time we ate at the restaurant, the gentleman server was a little abrasive.

A great way to get to know downtown Santa Fe!
Pros:

The food was good and the location was excellent. The rooftop bar was wonderful.

Cons:

The rooms were a little tight. Bathrooms were definitely tight. No place to hang more than one bath towel.
Loved the rooftop bar, too bad it closed so early.
