great convenient central location and ambiance
allocated rooms were on the ground level in extremely close-proximity to noisy renovation construction and kitchen staff moving ice on trolleys in front of our rooms at 4:30 am!
Very nice decoration and beautiful restaurant and rooms. The hotel was under renovation and the noise started super early outside so we couldn’t rest as we were on the 1st floor. The hotel returned our money the next day.

We didn't eat at the hotel.
Our phone charging port in the room didn't work but we reported it when we left.
Beautifully decorated. I loved the art and shops.
Amazing location, great food, shopping, and sightseeing.
מיקום מצוין , צוות נחמד מאוד , מלון מפואר ומאובזר להפליא .
Beautiful historic hotel in the heart of Santa Fe. Gorgeous art collection and knowledgeable historian in residence. Near sites and terrific restaurants.
Loved the history tour of the hotel. The concierge was terrific. She was extremely knowledgeable and had great recommendations for trips, hikes, restaurants, etc.
The food in the restaurant was terrible. I never complain about food, but felt it necessary in this case.
Whilst the hotel is perfectly located and some aspects (overnight parking is reasonably priced, for example) are good, overall the service levels and staff training could be improved. There was a lack of grace, and in some cases, expertise, in dealing with what should be simple requests at an hotel that positions itself as high end.
The check-in experience was suitable material for a comedy routine.
The conference my partner was attending transferred a number of scheduled events off-site. The final evening event (having been moved to a different on-site location) was interrupted by staff storing trash behind the presenter s' curtain. Loudly.
Room service levels were mixed, with empty coffee cups remaining after service and in-room coffee not replenished one of the days.
I arrived for dinner at approximately 7:07 and was met with "Your reservation is for 7:15." I was texted that my table was ready some minutes later. The steak was excellent, the mouse for desert was not. Dinner (no starter, but with a modestly priced bottle of wine, and including tip) was $168.63.
The premises are good, the service needs work, and the location excellent.
This hotel is truly exceptional world class staff, amenities and experience!. It is the best location to see Sante Fe! I can not wait to visit again.
Erratic service, overprice breakfast and valet parking. With its long history it could be a special place, but not the way it’s run.
I celebrated a special occasion at your hotel recently and had the most exceptional experience. The hotel is managed beautifully and the staff provides a world class experience. From Danielle and Yulia at front desk, to the concierge Ivy, Daniel our server at La Plazuela.. everything was incredible. My room was beautiful and clean and the hotel amenities wonderful. It’s a perfect Sante Fe vacation!
Nothing
Everything went very well and very smooth.
I wish my room had a Keurig coffee maker. And I wish the pool had stayed open past 4 pm
Responsive concierge service. Clean and comfortable. Quiet room.
Construction right now so not ideal.
I was hoping for a nice hotel bar - closed off, supposedly under construction. Temporary bar closed at 9pm.
Beautiful
One of the entrances was closed
Location
It was about to go under construction, thus zero amenities open or available. We were not given notice. Food quality was not as good as we anticipated, price was high.
