Pros:

Rooms were nice. Staff very helpful.

Cons:

Restaurant service not very good vs quality. Tv did not work. Services should be a bit more professional. Reception, restaurant, meeting premises ok good be easily much better.

Viihdyimme todella hyvin
Pros:

Huone oli positiivinen yllätys, tilava, toimiva perheelle, kauniisti sisustettu ja siisti.

Kylpylä oli mahtava ja kuntoiluhuoneet hyvät myös. Lasten leikkihuoneisiin oli panostettu.

Bussipysäkki ihan vieressä, joten oli helppoa liikkua kaupunkiin.

Cons:

Ravintola: Päivällisellä oli vähän ruuhkaa, henkilökuntaa olisi tarvinnut ehkä olla enemmän. Muutoin ravintolasta ei moitteita. Ruoka oli hyvää ja aamiainen oli monipuolinen.

We appreciated the availability of parking, but were disappointed by the high charging rate for electric cars—especially considering we were already paying to stay at the hotel. EV charging should be more reasonably priced for guests.

Helppo sijainti, mikäli omalla autolla liikenteessä. Kylpylä ylitti ennakko-odotukset. Huoneemme ei kuulunut keväällä 2025 uudistettujen joukkoon ja sen huomasi, oli vanhahtavaa ja kuumaa. Aamiainen oli perus hotelliaamiainen, mutta esim.gluteenittomat leivät puuttuivat ja kysyessäni henkilökunnalta, he lupasivat selvittää, mutteivät ikinä palanneet asiaan..

Cons:

Gluteeniton aamiaistarjonta kohtuullista, muttei samaa tasoa jota olen tyypillisesti Scandic hotelleissa tottunut saamaan.

Spectacular hotel with spa, breakfast, kids an entertainment rooms
Pros:

Everything was spectacular - cleanliness, responding to our requests, despite the fact that we arrived at night, pool and sauna zone, breakfast, rooms and comfort, we had teas and cacaos in packs in the room, kids enjoyed. And kids room were the best!!! They were so happy to enjoy time in the little ball pool and playroom. This hotel is perfect for traveling with kids in all ages. We are very happy that we stayed in your hotel and staff was so friendly and warm hearted. Thank you very much!!

Cons:

4 cilvēku ģimenei par šauru istabas numuriņš. Bet tas ir individuāli,jo mazi bērni un līdz ar to nav iespējas dzīvot 2 numuriņos.
