Ihan ok
Pros:

Vastaanotto ja asiakkaan huomioiminen, henkilökunta miellyttävä. Vuoteet hyvät, tyynyjä tarpeeksi.

Cons:

Ilmastointi puuttuu, huone oli todella kuuma. Edes poistoilma olisi hyvä olla toiminnassa.

Kuumuus, liian pieni tuuletin. Niukka kalastus huoneessa. Aamupalalla kahvi automaatti pois käytöstä.

Majoitus toimi yhden yön nukkumiseen, joskin hinta/ laatusuhde ei mielestäni ollut kohdillaan.
Pros:

Sijainti oli hyvä.
Yllättävän esteetön, vaikka soittaessa kerrottiin, ettei ole esteetön hotelli.
Huone oli siisti.
Erityistoive kahden huoneen läheisyydestä huomioitiin hyvin.

Cons:

Aamupalalla lihapullat, nakit ja pekoni olivat kylmiä.
Kaukosäädin televisiosta kateissa ja lopulta löytyi neljännellä hakukerralla respasta toimiva säädin.

Utmärkt boende nära gamla Rauma
Pros:

Vackert beläget nära kanalen och gamla Rauma. Trevlig personal. Fantastik frukost.

Cons:

Pyttesmå sängbord. Allt ramlade ned på golvet.

Cons:

Ei ilmastointia. Tunkkainen. Pienet huoneet ja WC. Surkeat ruokailutilat. Tämä hotelli on jäänyt 1970 -luvulle. Häpeä Scandic -ketjulle! Häpeä myös Raumalle! En tiennyt, että Suomesta löytyy näin huono hotelli. En suosittele!!! En palaa tähän hotelliin!

Friendly staff and excellent hotel with great location
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay with my daughter and our family dog in this lovely hotel in the middle of the city of Rauma, Finland.

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly, we were really taken good care of in a heart warming experience of excellent customer service.

Location was beautiful next to water canal and lots of green areas to enjoy in the small town. Everything we needed in the town area was in a walking distance and easily reachable.

Restaurant served tasty food and our room was clean and comfortable. We slept really well in new beds.

We will come back and we recommend this hotel to everyone.

Please note, that there was no airconditioning in the room so during the summer rooms might get very warm. During our stay it was ok, since weather was mostly rainy.

Ihan kelpo perus hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla . Hinta vastasi laatua ollen edullinen.
Pros:

Sijainti oli mainio. Huoneet oli siistit. Aamiainen oli monipuolinen ja tilaa oli.

Cons:

Hotellin ulkoasu oli aitoa kasaria ja ravintola kaipaisi ehostusta. WC ja suihkutila oli pieni. Tietysti ilmastoinnin puute miinusta mutta toisaalta kun ei ollut lämmintä ulkona niin ei juuri haitannut.

Huone oli siisti, aamupala hyvä, sijainti hyvä ja henkilökunta ystävällinen.

Cons:

Ilmastoinnin puuttuminen näin kesällä on iso miinus. Huoneessa oli tosi kuuma. En hotellia varatessa ymmärtänyt katsoa onko siellä ilmastointia, sillä sen olemassaolo hotellissa on oletus. Asian voisi hoitaa vaikkapa tuuletusikkunaan sijoitettavalla ilmastointilaitteella jos kokonaisvaltaista ilmastointi remonttia ei ole mahdollista tehdä.

Mukava majapaikka, jossa hyvä hinta-laatusuhde.
Pros:

Kiva henkilökunta niin vastaanotossa kuin ravintolassa, huoneen siisteys, lähes tuoksuttomat pesutuotteet, hyvä sijainti ja parkkipaikat.

Cons:

Huoneessa ei ilmastointia. Hotellin pysäköinti mainittiin ilmaiseksi, mutta se oli muutettu maksulliseksi muutama kuukausi aiemmin. Aamiaisen gluteenittomat viljatuotteet painottuivat liikaa kauraan.

No cooling in rooms
Pros:

We visited during a hot summer day. Room was too hot to sleep. Parking was not free of charge.

The people were kind and professional. Breakfast was good.
