Bebek Hotel By The Stay

Don’t stay here if you plan to sleep. The nightclub noise levels are insane and the management hasn’t taken efforts to install better glazing or shutters. On Sunday afternoons the terrace turns into a sing a long. Be warned !

There are nearby restaurants that are very trendy with great atmosphere and always deliver good food and service. The room was very clean and had a great view of the sea. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The balcony was a great feature.

First we went to the roof bar to have drinks and there was no one there apart of 3 waiters so we went down to the bar.
We had booked a table for dinner the table was booked for 8pm prior we had drinks and ordered the food at 7.15pm,we didn't get our food till 9pm they said they had problems in the kitchen.
Terrible service even ordering drinks was a struggle pure lack of management and service,We will never go there again.

This was our second visit to this hotel and unfortunately the service and professionalism disappeared
We had 3 rooms and upon arrival there was no one to help with our luggage we had to carry it ourselves
Dinner-We had reservation at 8pm and we had preordered our main course they served us at 9.20
Serious lack of service and no manager around apparently he left at 9 pm
We will not come back

Restaurant - total scam pricing. The food is just not that good... the price you pay is for the location and the view... however the service and food is not worth it!! Stay Away!

It’s a calm and stylish spot to start the day. The view does most of the work — you don’t need to do much. The burrata was fresh and well-balanced, the sourdough nicely toasted. I liked the matcha, though it came a bit too iced — I’d go for it hot next time. Service wasn’t fast, but I wasn’t in a rush, so it didn’t bother me. Not crowded in the morning, which is a big plus

I had a confirmed reservation at Bebek Hotel by The Stay, guaranteed with my credit card. I even called two days before arrival to inform them I’d be checking in early, and everything seemed in order.

Less than 24 hours before check-in, I received a sudden cancellation email and a refund — no explanation, no apology, no attempt to assist. I spent nearly an hour trying to reach someone by phone. When reception finally answered, they said they “couldn’t help” and that the reservations team was unavailable and unwilling to speak with me. No one ever called back. No one replied to my emails.

This hotel operates with complete impunity and disregard for its guests. Their behavior was arrogant, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable — especially from a property that charges a premium and positions itself as a luxury destination. A last-minute cancellation without cause, zero accountability, and no willingness to even speak to the guest? Absolutely disgraceful.

Avoid this place — you’re paying luxury prices, but getting treated with total indifference. Book elsewhere.

This place was one of the best hotel rooms I have stayed in. Great view of the water from our balcony. Room was clean and modern bathroom. Hotel staff let us check in early which was great after a late night flight. Highly recommend. Staff was very nice.

It was not a good experience at all. There was a very loud disco on the rooftop and the earliest it ended was midnight and the latest was 3 am. We paid top dollar for the penthouse and we were absolutely miserable. We left a day early and went to another hotel. This was an awful uncomfortable experience . The only nice thing was that there was a pretty view from our balcony but it was definitely NOT worth it.

We recently stayed at this hotel, and it was an amazing experience overall. The location is perfect, and the view from the sea view suite is breathtaking, especially from the small balcony that makes you feel like you’re right inside the sea. The reception and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful, as were the waitresses.

The food and drinks were enjoyable, and room service was efficient. However, we did face one issue with the hosts at both the restaurant downstairs and the rooftop. Their attitude made us feel like they were doing us a favor by seating us, which was disappointing. Aside from that, our stay was great, and we would recommend the hotel for its stunning views.

The property is in an old building but refurbished, rooms adorable, toiletry smells delicious, complementary fruit bowl, and lots of bottled water and nesspreso/tea. The area is fancy and the people attending the bar and restaurant are pretty people. Staff could be nicer & of service for the price you are paying, seems like they are tired or mad. I booked through expedia and since I am a Gold member, I could have an upgrade if available. It was available but they wanted to charge me 150€ per night for upgrade (i stayed 3 nights), the offer in internet was also stay 3 nights in Bebek and get complementary massage in Nisantasi, but it wasn’t respected either. They ended up saying I needed to stay in Nisantasi. Restaurant, waiters could be more attentive & better attitude: 40usd for Caesar salad with chicken & Pellergrino. Bar (roof top) great DJS, great music, beautiful view of the Bosphorus, upscale visitors & celebrities, waiters attentive if not too crowded, otherwise if your not a regular, you will be served last. So I am giving 4 stars even though I could have give them 3, but since it was fancy, pretty rooms, and great location, I give 4.

Cet hôtel n’est pas un hôtel.

C’est un club (avec de la musique sympa) pour la jeunesse dorée et où les clients peuvent dormir sur place à la fin de la soirée. Vers 2 ou 3 heures du matin.

Malheureusement pour les clients normaux (businessman, touristes etc) il n’est pas possible de dormir avant 3h du matin même fenêtre fermée. L’isolation phonique est faible. Sinon la vue des chambres est exceptionnelle . Le service de l’hôtel est attentionné.

À noter que le service côté restaurant est séparé de l’hôtel. Être un résident ne vous garantie pas une table sur l’eau qui sont systématiquement réservées. Elles sont d’ailleurs restées vides les deux fois où nous avons dîner ou déjeuner avec ma femme.
