It was close to downtown
They down graded the room with. No communication and it was tiny with no space for luggage
Good location actions the street from parking garage. Hotel is cute, like all Palihotels
AC didn’t work even after maintenance tried to fix it. No discount was offered, staff didn’t seem to care. We ate one small pack of chips from the mini bar and were charged for several items. Can’t get ahold of the hotel now. We chose this bc we stayed at Palihotel in San Diego and really liked it. This was disappointing. I would stay in SD again but not SF
Bar Maritime was a great bar, especially on weekends, when local bands would play on stage. The drinks and food were also very tasty and reasonably priced.
One thing that could be provided would be complimentary water for hotel guests in their rooms. Additionally, the location is quite loud in the morning, but the hotel does provide earplugs.
The staff was nice to recommend us some restaurants around the hotel and answered all our questions. The room and bathroom were clean. The location is pretty good, i felt safe around the hotel. Overall great for the price.
I think the windows in the room can't be opened, at leadt we couldn't.

Me hospedé dos noches, el primer día no me hicieron la habitación y el segundo la hicieron mal. Aunque el hotel es muy bonito la habitacion no estaba muy limpia había una cucaracha en la nevera del minibar que también estaba sucia con pelos.

Der kleine Teppich im Bad ist seltsam und wirkt im Bad irgendwie unhygienisch.
Cute boutique hotel.
We enjoyed our three-day city trip and had a pleasant stay. The hotel is centrally located, the rooms are nice, and the staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, it was quite noisy at night.
We were disappointed that reception did not respond to our calls or emails. It would be nice if guests could rely on the reception being reachable when the guests have questions.
