Cons:

Toiletries were of an unusable size. Faucet in bathroom sink did not function properly. Toilet paper holder broken and hanging from the wall.

Pros:

The room was good and comfortable. The staff were efficient and friendly.

Cons:

The elevator is too small for a hotel of this size. The dolly barely fit in the elevator. There was no hot breakfast because the staff slept in. I was hoping for a hot meal!

No shower curtain
Pros:

the breakfast was great, and even included options for gluten free which my girlfriend really enjoyed.

Cons:

Our hotel room didn't have a shower curtain, and after informing the staff we were woken up at 11pm to be asked to either change rooms or not worry about a shower curtain. when asked to get one for the morning, we never got a phone call or follow up.
