Great family oriented.
Pros:

Love the atmosphere when you entered, every one was alert and friendly. Loved there was access to another of commodities, like pool side bar, breakfast and plenty of vending machines. The location is also close to a lot restaurants and stores

Great little base for a trip to Clearwater
Pros:

Nice cost effective place for two nights in Clearwater. It’s a budget hotel and my expectations reflect that - staff are very kind accommodating and breakfast is decent with real English tea bags, decent coffee, toast, eggs, waffles. Location is fine if you have a car but you probably wouldn’t book this location if you don’t drive. The pool and hot tub was nice too.

The rooms smelt damp and the air con was VERY noisy but otherwise, all good
