Location was excellent for my trip. Quick drive to clearwater beach, and close to venues I wanted to visit.

Cons:

Listed they had billiards table/game room. Unfortunately it is now a snack room filled with vending machines.

I'm not sure I'll be repeating a stay here.
Pros:

Best part of the experience was Marcy at the front desk. There was a problem with the initial king bedroom that was supposed to be non-smoking. Marcy relocated my sister and me because my sister has asthma. She was awesome! I will say beds are comfortable and the location is prime (Costco, Sam's Club & Target are super close). Beautiful lobby!

Cons:

Unfortunately, cleanliness is a problem. Whatever is used to clean the rooms is overpowering. Rooms are outdated (specially for the price), but the hotel is being updated/ renovated slowly. Wifi wasn't the best so when I had a video conference call, it lagged and had to wait for the connection to improve. Breakfast can definitely be better. All I ate was eggs and maybe one mini waffle (no bacon or potatoes). I started skipping it altogether. Coffee needs improvement as well. I spent 4 days/ 3 nights so felt disappointed.

Pros:

It was a nice open quiet location near plenty of restaurants. Dated but being upgraded.

Cons:

Being charged like yo had an upgraded room when it was old and dated. Breakfast was the same each day.
