I booked this hotel without looking at reviews because I’ve had good experiences with Residence Inn but this hotel is barely functioning. No hot breakfast because the dishwasher wasn’t working and they had no idea when it would get fixed. But they still had plates out? Ew - no idea how those were getting cleaned. The fruit looked like it had been out for awhile. The front desk computer wasn’t working so we had to get a new room key each day. The kitchenette wasn’t stocked like it normally is. The toilet in our room kept clogging up because the water pressure was so weak. In general the hotel is rundown and in need of a complete makeover. I would not book here again.

Location was great. The breakfast was good. The room was GREAT!!

Not the best experience! The hotel is pretty ran down…that’s not the worst part about our visit. In less than 24 hours the staff has entered multiple times (without communication or telling us that maintenance would be done). As two females traveling by ourselves, we find this very off putting. I went to talk to the front desk staff. The assistant manager Nat Mason was not helpful not friendly and did not seem to care about customer service one bit. Definitely will not be back. I asked if they were going to continue to come and go throughout our stay, I would like a refund and we would be happy to go somewhere else.

I liked the two separate rooms(bedroom, living room) and the kitchen area.

The shower had a hole in the wall

Old, dark, needed updating. The furniture (desk chair and couch) needed a good cleaning. Bathroom so dark could not read contents of bottles (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel). Breakfast was about the same quality as other hotels offering breakfast.

Hotel is in the worst shape I’ve seen any Residence Inn ever. From the meth-heads walking in the parking lot upon our arrival to the shabby shape the entire hotel is in, this place is not even close to Marriot standards. Most of the lights didn’t work in our room, my partner got locked out in the middle of the night when she took our dog out for a potty break (doors don’t work in half of the hotel), and kids were running the halls all night (not to mention the softball parents drinking outside all evening). It was probably them being violently loud during intercourse above our room later. The front desk staff were pleasant but this place needs a complete renovation. Zero out of five stars. Would not sleep here again.

I enjoyed my stay at the Residence Inn. The kitchen was well stocked with what I needed and the room was comfortable. Overall the stay was nice. There were two issues: 1. The toilet didn't flush properly. The water filled up really high and I was concerned that it was going to overflow. The front desk staff offered two good solutions--move to another room or use a pludger. 2. The tissue metal dispenser was too close to the toilet and the toilet was too close to the wall. I banged my elbow several times on the dispenser's sharp edges. That was painful and very unpleasant. The employees were very friendly and professional. They really helped me have a pleasant stay.

Nasty and very unprofessional

Hated everything the manager was so rude I have it on tape. The pool was nasty has nails and screws in it and ripped clothes. The room has mold and dust I have a video of that as well and I also didn’t get no housekeeping only time housekeeping stopped by is when they was walking in uninvited as well as the manager did the same thing walked right in as I was walking up saying he was looking for me, but closing the door. Everyday my key has to get reprogrammed maybe 3x a day if I leave out the room it’s like they go in right behind me. The housekeeping walk around talking nasty about the guest talking in Spanish.

I would never be back.

This is a terrible hotel. Woke up 2x in the middle of the night from fire alarm. Woke up to a bug crawling in my leg. Bathroom was gross
