Very easy to find, straight off the M42. Friendly staff easy online check in.

All staff are friendly. The hotel has all you need but basic. Restaurant was great. Plenty of parking.
No bar fridge. No air conditioner. Summers are getting hot. Carpets needs replacing

The food in the restaurant was lovely and good value for money. Our room was quiet and clean and was attended to daily, with the replenishment of coffee and water
There was nothing that we didn't like about the place. We would certainly return again in future, for a lovely rest
The staff were approachable and helpful (particularly when I left something behind).
The bed was huge and comfortable.
There was an iron, ironing board and hairdryer in the room without having to request them.
Everything worked and was clean.
The full English breakfast was over cooked on one morning and the weekend breakfast hours (8-10am) weren’t sufficiently flexible for me as I had to go out during that time on the other morning.
I would have liked a PowerPoint next to the bed instead of on the other side of the room.
It might be worth warning residents that some of the rooms are quite a long walk with stairs up and down, from reception.
Staff delightful. Very convenient for Airport and town with easy access, parking and food available.
For less mobile, steep stairs, slippery shower floor ( needs rubber mat) and tight space around toilet.
