Hotel was nice, easy access to motorway, plenty of parking, good restaurant and bar on site, rooms were clean, stayed in one of the suites, comfortable, good facilities. Staff were friendly.

No/ limited hot food after 5pm on Sunday, don’t arrive until after 5pm after travelling for 3 hours and an option of a meal would be good

Unfortunately the neighbouring guests were very noisy, loud music and TV. Banging doors until late at night. Not something that we have had to put up with in the past on our many visits

Breakfast was a bit cold , the tea was Luke warm an urn to help yourself to tea would have been a great improvement .

Room was spacious and the bed was huge. There was tea/coffee provided and I like the extra table and chairs in the room so you don’t have to sit on the bed
The room could do with a little tlc as there are some marks and chips on walls and furniture. Also when there is a wedding /event on at the hotel they could do with extra bar staff working as there was only one person serving which meant there was a longer than usual wait to order drinks and food
Only stayed one night but found the Westmead to be comfortable (huge bed) and staff friendly. As it was a Sunday night it was very quiet and the chef and already left but Ryan the duty manager was very welcoming and did a great job of providing some food and drinks. Had a good nights sleep (apart from a fire alarm at 2am but would rather be woken by mistake than not) and breakfast was really good value for money.

Location very suitable for our needs, good sized bedroom with very comfortable large bed.
Our room was located close to the front of the hotel where a number of weddings took place during our stay and we found it noisy. The breakfast on the Sunday was less good than the one the previous day and there didn't seem to be anyone in charge .l
Efficient check in, accodated our arrival time, pleasant and clean room , comfortable beds , despite a loud event in progress no noise whatsoever in the room
