Pros:

AJ on the bar for our wedding party was amazing. Absolute credit. He was the only staff member who seemed to care.

Cons:

Food service and quality was abysmally. Apparently it was street food,
It was late out, it wasnt labelled (which was poor as lots of vegan guests went without food)
It was bland and disappointing given the cist

Stayed here for a wedding, Pleasant staff, good location close to the motorway.

Cons:

Didn’t find the bed or pillows comfortable. Our double bed was just two singles pushed together.

Bedrooms fine, I wouldn’t bother with the food.
Pros:

Bedroom was comfortable, clean and spacious.

Cons:

Staff were disinterested. Service for our wedding party was terrible, as was the food. There was no one seemingly in charge of the catering. The bars ran out of snacks. Coffee served at breakfast was cold. No fruit available for anyone wanting a continental breakfast.

Pros:

Clean and comfortable with friendly staff. It was fine for our needs. Good breakfast.

Cons:

Rooms a bit dated, basic facilities, food is adequate and they could do with more staff for hosting parties. Lots of steps with no lifts and no walk in showers so accessibility could be a challenge for some. Also please do more to highlight the speed bumps in the carpark, they are black and hard to see in the dark - they are a trip hazard.

Very good. Polite staff. Bed comfortable, lovely duvet, breakfast well presented & tasty.
Pros:

Handy for visiting my family.

Cons:

Mysterious stain on wall in stairwell, late night reveller? Bedding not entirely clean, someone else’s hair…otherwise all good.

Comfortable hotel within budget for a long or short stay.
Pros:

Excellent hotel especially if you need to visit the Queen Elizabeth Hospital only 5.8 miles away. Great staff who are very friendly and go out of their way to help.

Cons:

Nothing which gave us concern.
