Confusion over my takeaway breakfast and a very strange toilet seat.
Pros:

Good overnight location for transiting through. The bed was comfortable and the room clean.
Management kindly offered to power overnight to keep the refrigerators running, it was a nice gesture, but I did not need the service.

Cons:

1. It’s strange to say this, but the toilet seat did not fit the toilet bowl. It boggles my mind why the would rent out a room like that.
2. I ordered a take away breakfast gf or 6:00 am, order taken the night before. In the morning at 6:00 am I was told it would take 30-60 minutes and I’d have to wait. Unfortunately I could not wait due to my travel plans. My room charge via Bookings.com was for bed and breakfast.

Wonderful, welcoming stay.
Pros:

I really love the location of the hotel and how friendly the staff always is. The rooms are also always so well cleaned . I have been there twice now and each time I got to the room and the aircon was on and this really helps because Upington is really hot.

Cons:

Nothing at all. Everything was to my satisfaction.

We enjoyed our stay very much.
Pros:

Food was delicious and staff are very friendly and helpful. Beds are very comfy and rooms are quit.

Cons:

The bathroom floor tiles are cracked and floor is not level.
When showering the whole floor gets wet.
The drainage of shower water is very slow and also makes the floor wet.

I am from upington living in kzn for 23 years and this place is one of the best places
