Wonderful, welcoming stay.
Pros:

I really love the location of the hotel and how friendly the staff always is. The rooms are also always so well cleaned . I have been there twice now and each time I got to the room and the aircon was on and this really helps because Upington is really hot.

Cons:

Nothing at all. Everything was to my satisfaction.

We enjoyed our stay very much.
Pros:

Food was delicious and staff are very friendly and helpful. Beds are very comfy and rooms are quit.

Cons:

The bathroom floor tiles are cracked and floor is not level.
When showering the whole floor gets wet.
The drainage of shower water is very slow and also makes the floor wet.

I am from upington living in kzn for 23 years and this place is one of the best places

Great value for money. Would definitely visit again.
Pros:

The hotel itself looks really good. The lift fits the aesthetic. The breakfast was very good. Room is spacious enough. Overall great value for money . The bathroom is really beautiful and clean as well.

Cons:

The WiFi does tend to be slow at times and this is a real inconvenience.
