Important information:

Half-board or full-board does not include drinks. In the low season, depending on the services, the buffet can be replaced by a menu.

Half-board or full-board options can only be used on the day of departure upon request to the establishment. They cannot be modified during special events such as New Year's Eve or Valentine's Day without a supplement for the Gala.

To expedite the check-in process and ensure a worry-free stay, the hotel may charge the total amount 48 hours before your arrival date for stays of 3 nights or less. If you do not show up, only one night will be charged, and the price of two nights will be refunded. For nonrefundable reservations, 100% of the stay will be charged, and it cannot be modified or canceled without a full penalty.

Due to special gala events, dinner service will be unavailable in the hotel cafeteria on 24 and 31 December (every year) and 14 February 2026. Room service will be available until 18:00.

The Roof Top and Boga may be closed for private events. Access to the Roof Top may vary throughout the year and is subject to availability upon request.

The rooftop pool is warm to provide a pleasant temperature, but it is not a heated pool.

Trzeba samemu pojechać i sie przekonać najlepsza plaża spokój nie ma takich tłumów jak w centrum.
Pros:

Na samym wejściu Recepcja Hotelowa już sama świadczy o tym że będzie ciekawie spędzając się czas w tym hotelu.
Fantastyczny bar u góry na dachu hotelu gdzie można podziwiać okoliczne widoki.
Pokoje codziennie sprzątane i miły personel.

Cons:

Szkoda że w pokojach nie ma hotelowej deski i żelazka.

Missing toilet brush disfunctioning water tap, rooftop bar pool was cold instead of being hot as described. Otherwise it would have been a top notch hotel if all amentities were maintained.

Pros:

Location was quiet and about 20 min tram ride from the centre of Alicante but 5 mins walk from the beach.
Staff were helpful.
Everywhere was clean.
Breakfast was varied and well stocked.
Even in February the rooftop terrace was comfortable to sit at.

Pros:

Hotel is well situated. Close to beach, public transport and supermarkets. However, in February, the area is kind of dead as many restaurants are closed.
Easy to find parking in the street.

Cons:

We had breakfast and diner once during our 5 nights stay and did not want to repeat. A large choice on the buffet but the quality of the alimentary products was not good. We know Spain and Spanish food very well, and this did not meet our expectations.

Neighbours smoking on the terrace was really annoying.

We woke up every night !!! or very early morning because the television turned on all by itself. Yes, it did. One night we woke up as the emergency light turned (for no reason). It kept us awake for quite some time, and then early morning, television living its own life. So, interrupted sleep every single night.

We did not like having the the bathroom and toilet in the middle of the room. Very strange and not very private.

You can buy cold water in machines in the corridor at 2x the price of the airport and about 7x the price of the supermarket. This, in addition to the poor food quality, made it feel like a too typical tourist machine.

Pros:

Everything especially the breakfasts and balcony!! Super clean and comfortable. Absolutely gorgeous new building and the location is quite and peaceful next to the beach not too far from the city center 2 minute walk to the 21st bus - 20mim ride to the center.

Cons:

The beds. We booked double room and didn’t think that separate beds would be such a problem :( And bed sheets for duvet are bad. Just two sheets on top pf a duvet.

A very special hotel.
Pros:

This is an excellent hotel.
The rooms are small but have a wonderful rainfall shower,
refrigerator, safe and WiFi.
We had a large south facing balcony.
The self-serving meals are very good.
The staff were excellent with a special mention to Alfonso at reception and Paola in the dinning room.
