Half-board or full-board does not include drinks. In the low season, depending on the services, the buffet can be replaced by a menu.
Half-board or full-board options can only be used on the day of departure upon request to the establishment. They cannot be modified during special events such as New Year's Eve or Valentine's Day without a supplement for the Gala.
To expedite the check-in process and ensure a worry-free stay, the hotel may charge the total amount 48 hours before your arrival date for stays of 3 nights or less. If you do not show up, only one night will be charged, and the price of two nights will be refunded. For non-refundable reservations, 100% of the stay will be charged, and it cannot be modified or cancelled without a full penalty.
Due to special gala events, dinner service will be unavailable in the hotel cafeteria on 24 and 31 December (every year) and 14 February 2026. Room service will be available until 18:00.
The Roof Top and Boga may be closed for private events. Access to the Roof Top may vary throughout the year and is subject to availability upon request.
The rooftop pool is warm to provide a pleasant temperature, but it is not a heated pool.

I booked this hotel purely because of the rooftop terrace as it was the evening of the solar eclipse, only to arrive there and be told the rooftop terrace was by pre booking only. No prior notification of this. Would’ve been nice to receive an email before so we could have booked a spot or re booked elsewhere.
We arrived to our room to find we were a bed short. One double and one single for a family of 4. Reception staff were very good and did quickly arranged for another bed to be made up.

L’emplacement et la piscine
Le seul point réellement positif que je puisse souligner est la gentillesse et l’amabilité du personnel de la réception, qui s’est montré accueillant et serviable.
Mon expérience dans cet établissement a été globalement très décevante. plusieurs aspects sont franchement à revoir. La propreté laisse à désirer, notamment au niveau des fenêtres, qui étaient sales. Une forte odeur de produits de traitement ou de désinfection était également présente, ce qui rendait l’atmosphère peu agréable.
L’espace prévu pour le couchage des enfants est, à mon sens, totalement inadapté et difficilement acceptable pour un établissement hôtelier. Les lits sont dans un état ou une conception qui les rend pratiquement inutilisables pour dormir dans de bonnes conditions.
Concernant la restauration, la nourriture est correcte sans être exceptionnelle. En revanche, le fait de devoir payer séparément pour pouvoir boire de l'eau pendant le repas, est assez décevant et difficilement justifiable.
Le prix du parking est excessif par rapport à la prestation proposée et à sa valeur réelle.
