Important information:

Half-board or full-board does not include drinks. In the low season, depending on the services, the buffet can be replaced by a menu.

Half-board or full-board options can only be used on the day of departure upon request to the establishment. They cannot be modified during special events such as New Year's Eve or Valentine's Day without a supplement for the Gala.

To expedite the check-in process and ensure a worry-free stay, the hotel may charge the total amount 48 hours before your arrival date for stays of 3 nights or less. If you do not show up, only one night will be charged, and the price of two nights will be refunded. For non-refundable reservations, 100% of the stay will be charged, and it cannot be modified or cancelled without a full penalty.

Due to special gala events, dinner service will be unavailable in the hotel cafeteria on 24 and 31 December (every year) and 14 February 2026. Room service will be available until 18:00.

The Roof Top and Boga may be closed for private events. Access to the Roof Top may vary throughout the year and is subject to availability upon request.

The rooftop pool is warm to provide a pleasant temperature, but it is not a heated pool.

Rezeptionsbereich, Toiletten, Pool Anlagen sehr schön und modern. Freundliches Service, egal ob in der Rezeption, im Restaurantbereich oder Reinigungspersonal. Alles sauber.

Cons:

Info für Eltern: Abendessen ab 19:30 Uhr (mit Kleinkind sehr schwierig), Zimmer ohne Abtrennung/Tür zur Dusche oder Waschbereich (mit Kleinkind sehr schwierig). Getränke beim Abendessen nicht inkludiert.

Bardzo przyjemny pobyt, wygodnie, czysto i bardzo dobre śniadanie.

Cons:

Podwójne łóżko które było zrobione z dwóch przysuniętych połączonych łóżek, przez co była dziura pomiędzy.

Pros:

Drugi pobyt, bardzo udany, pyszne śniadania i kolację. Miejsce w samochodzie raz, 500m na plażę. Basen przed hotelem i na dachu. Dostaliśmy większy pokój niż mieliśmy mieć, super. Dla mnie bomba. Polecam :) I pozdrawiam cały hotel 😉 do zobaczenia

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the hotel itself, the staff, cleanliness, and food — everything deserves the highest rating. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, the rooms were spotless, and the food was excellent. Everything was simply perfect, and we truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. Definitely recommend and would come back.
Pros:

The staff here are amazing I was here with two small children and they were very accommodating amongst our choas. Olga especially and the young woman who worked in the evening who was Brazilian but I can’t remember her name.

Cons:

Nothing, it was exceptional especially the service, even on the day of check out.

Niemiły personel , bardzo lekceważący gości.
Brak podstawowych informacji . Po ściągnięciu pieniędzy z karty trzeba radzić sobie samemu w obiekcie . Stajesz się niewidzialny. Pokoje nie na poziomie 4 gwiazdkowego hotelu. Niewygodne łóżka , czuć wilgoć nawet na korytarzu.
