Half-board or full-board does not include drinks. In the low season, depending on the services, the buffet can be replaced by a menu.

Half-board or full-board options can only be used on the day of departure upon request to the establishment. They cannot be modified during special events such as New Year's Eve or Valentine's Day without a supplement for the Gala.

To expedite the check-in process and ensure a worry-free stay, the hotel may charge the total amount 48 hours before your arrival date for stays of 3 nights or less. If you do not show up, only one night will be charged, and the price of two nights will be refunded. For non-refundable reservations, 100% of the stay will be charged, and it cannot be modified or cancelled without a full penalty.

Due to special gala events, dinner service will be unavailable in the hotel cafeteria on 24 and 31 December (every year) and 14 February 2026. Room service will be available until 18:00.

The Roof Top and Boga may be closed for private events. Access to the Roof Top may vary throughout the year and is subject to availability upon request.

The rooftop pool is warm to provide a pleasant temperature, but it is not a heated pool.

Gute Ansätze, aber dem Preis nicht gerecht.
Pros:

Die Lage fanden wir gut. Bei der Buchung sollte man natürlich wissen, dass das Hotel nicht direkt in Alicante liegt, sondern nördlich davon. Für uns war das aber keineswegs ein Nachteil, da man so nicht mitten in der Stadt wohnt. Der Strand San Juan hat uns sogar um einiges besser gefallen als der Stadtstrand von Alicante. Strand, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar und die Anbindung nach Alicante mit Tram und Bus ist wirklich super. Ein Auto ist daher nicht unbedingt notwendig, solange man in der Umgebung bleiben möchte. Wir empfehlen es trotzdem, da es einige wirklich schöne und ruhigere Buchten gibt. Unser Zimmer im neuen Trakt war zwar eher klein, aber modern, sehr sauber und wurde täglich ordentlich gereinigt. Das Personal war durchwegs freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch das Fitnessstudio ist für ein kleines Workout ausreichend. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Rooftop-Bar mit netten Mitarbeitern, guter Auswahl und toller Atmosphäre.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist ganz offensichtlich stark auf Familien mit Kindern ausgerichtet. Am Pool und beim Frühstück herrscht ein enormer Lärmpegel, von Entspannung kann hier keine Rede sein und wer diese sucht, sollte das Hotel meiden. Die Poollandschaft ist für die Anzahl der Gäste zu klein, die Liegen stehen dicht an dicht und es herrscht ständig Trubel.

Das Frühstück war für uns eine Enttäuschung. Die Auswahl ist enorm auf englische Gäste ausgerichtet, mit fettigem ungesunden Essen, Würstel und Pommes am Morgen. Für diesen Hotelpreis erwarten wir ein ausgewogeneres Angebot. Dazu kommt ein viel zu kleiner, enger Frühstücksraum, in dem es zu Stoßzeiten richtig unangenehm wird. Dass von vier Kaffeemaschinen gerade einmal zwei funktionierten, ist für ein Hotel dieser Preisklasse schlichtweg nicht akzeptabel.

Besondere Vorsicht bei der Zimmerbuchung! Das Hotel besteht aus zwei unterschiedlichen Trakten, deren Unterschiede bei der Buchung keineswegs ausreichend deutlich werden. Zimmer ohne Balkon oder Terrasse befinden sich im alten Gebäude und sind teilweise winzig, dunkel und stickig, offenbar wird man sogar im Keller untergebracht. Für den aufgerufenen Preis ist das aus unserer Sicht eine Frechheit. Unbedingt vorab klären, in welchem Trakt man landet, sonst kann die Buchung zur bösen Überraschung werden!

Auch die zusätzlichen Parkgebühren sind angesichts des ohnehin hohen Hotelpreises schwer nachvollziehbar.

Pros:

Uroczy hotel położony w cichej i spokojnej części Alicante, zaledwie 10 minut od plaży San Juan. Panuje tu wspaniała atmosfera, a obiekt jest nieskazitelnie czysty. Dojazd do centrum miasta jest bardzo wygodny; przystanki autobusowe i tramwajowe znajdują się w odległości 10 minut spacerem. Przejazd kosztuje 1,45 euro i trwa około 20–25 minut, oferując po drodze piękne widoki. Personel recepcji jest znakomity i dba o każdego gościa. W przypadku wczesnego wyjazdu można zamówić śniadanie na wynos za 15 euro; hotel oferuje również usługę rezerwacji taksówki na lotnisko w cenie około 40 euro.

Cons:

Cena jest zbyt wysoka. Koszt pobytu nie obejmuje zawartości minibaru; nawet nie próbowaliśmy parzyć herbaty w pokoju. Skoro w pokoju znajdują się określone produkty, powinny one być wliczone w cenę. Wyjazd i obawy o ewentualne dodatkowe opłaty – to stresujące i nieprzyjemne.Była tam lodówka z napojami, ale ceny były bardzo wysokie. dla zachowania pozorów. Wolałbym nie używać...Jak na hotel czterogwiazdkowy, w pokoju brakowało szlafroków i kapci, choć zapewniono podstawowe przybory toaletowe, w tym jednorazowe szczoteczki do zębów i grzebień. O ręczniki basenowe trzeba też prosić w recepcji. Basen na dachu był brudny; widać było, że wymieniono wodę, ale samego basenu nie wyczyszczono. Organizacja dostępu do basenu jest niewystarczająca w stosunku do liczby gości, a sam basen jest zamykany w momencie otwarcia baru. Aby skorzystać z baru, wymagana jest rezerwacja. Ceny jedzenia są wysokie.Napoje nie są wliczone w cenę kolacji. Woda powinna jednak znajdować się na stołach, zamiast trzeba było ją kupować za 5 euro. Kelnerzy w restauracji byli nieprzyjemni.

Prachtig hotel met top service na klacht en heerlijk ontbijt!
Pros:

Nadat we de eerste nacht op de slechte slaapbank hadden geslapen, heeft het hotel direct een andere kamer voor ons geregeld. We kregen een super netjes ingerichte kamer met een tweepersoonsbed en een eenpersoonsbed. Dit werd echt fantastisch opgelost

Voor de rest is het een super mooi en ruim opgezet hotel met mooie zwembaden.
Het ontbijt was erg uitgebreid en goed verzorgd.

De ligging is ideaal. Je loopt zo naar het strand, met de tram ben je in 15 minuutjes in de stad en binnen een half uurtje sta je op het vliegveld.

Cons:

Bij aankomst hadden we een kamer met een uitklapbank die volledig was doorgezakt. We hebben hier helaas 1 nacht op moeten slapen en er viel simpelweg niet op te slapen. Deze banken zijn echt dringend aan vervanging toe.

Hoewel het ontbijt top was, viel het avondeten in het hotel helaas wat tegen.

Čistoća,hrana,blizina plaže i stanice za javni prijevoz.osoblje veoma ljubazno.

Cons:

Buka po noći,no to nije do hotela već do gostiju,ali bilo bi dobro da netko malo obilazi hodnike iza 23 sata i upozorava na to.
