Important information:

Half-board or full-board does not include drinks. In the low season, depending on the services, the buffet can be replaced by a menu.

Half-board or full-board options can only be used on the day of departure upon request to the establishment. They cannot be modified during special events such as New Year's Eve or Valentine's Day without a supplement for the Gala.

To expedite the check-in process and ensure a worry-free stay, the hotel may charge the total amount 48 hours before your arrival date for stays of 3 nights or less. If you do not show up, only one night will be charged, and the price of two nights will be refunded. For non-refundable reservations, 100% of the stay will be charged, and it cannot be modified or cancelled without a full penalty.

Due to special gala events, dinner service will be unavailable in the hotel cafeteria on 24 and 31 December (every year) and 14 February 2026. Room service will be available until 18:00.

The Roof Top and Boga may be closed for private events. Access to the Roof Top may vary throughout the year and is subject to availability upon request.

The rooftop pool is warm to provide a pleasant temperature, but it is not a heated pool.

Cons:

Reservamos una habitación para 3 y la tercera cama era un sofá cama muy incómodo que sonaba mucho si se movía. Era para mi madre que es adulto mayor. Eso sin duda no nos gustó. Además el hotel se describe como 4 estrellas y si es 4 estrellas una parte. Dónde estaba nuestra habitación no estaba tan bien mantenido y había mucho olor a humedad en el pasillo

Basen, leżaki zawsze dostępne. Komfortowy pokój. Wygodne łóżka. Pomocny personel.

Cons:

Mało urozmaicone jedzenie. Brak menu dla dzieci. Zimne dania główne. Pokoje które mają przeszklone ściany do prysznica i wszystko widać co się dzieje w toalecie i pod prysznicem. Lepsze są pokoje z wanną.

Cons:

Hotel was advertiste as a relaxing place so as a young couple we though it was perfect, but it was full of kids jumping in the pool and disturbing everybody with no control
The roof pool made me feel uneasy with all this going on

Breakfast was ok but nothing special , breakfast are not very clean specially the outside area which attract pidgeons

Vi kommer gärna tillbaka med barnet!
Pros:

Nära stranden. Ny hotel - fräsch känsla. Väldigt god mat och utbud. Barnvänligt, med en fin barnpool och barnaktiviteter.

Cons:

Det hade varit ännu trevligare med tofflor samt en skohorn på rummet.

Buena estadia en Port Alicante City & Beach
Pros:

personal amable, la habitación estaba lista a nuestra llegada con la cuna que solicitamos. ubicacion muy cerca a la playa.

Cons:

el buffet en la noche no tiene mucha variedad, recomendaría primero verlo y luego decidir si consumirlo.
