Important information:

Half-board or full-board does not include drinks. In the low season, depending on the services, the buffet can be replaced by a menu.

Half-board or full-board options can only be used on the day of departure upon request to the establishment. They cannot be modified during special events such as New Year's Eve or Valentine's Day without a supplement for the Gala.

To expedite the check-in process and ensure a worry-free stay, the hotel may charge the total amount 48 hours before your arrival date for stays of 3 nights or less. If you do not show up, only one night will be charged, and the price of two nights will be refunded. For non-refundable reservations, 100% of the stay will be charged, and it cannot be modified or cancelled without a full penalty.

Due to special gala events, dinner service will be unavailable in the hotel cafeteria on 24 and 31 December (every year) and 14 February 2026. Room service will be available until 18:00.

The Roof Top and Boga may be closed for private events. Access to the Roof Top may vary throughout the year and is subject to availability upon request.

The rooftop pool is warm to provide a pleasant temperature, but it is not a heated pool.

Pros:

El personal del restaurant es molt atent. La Susana es una marevella de senyora, i en tot moment estava pendent. El menjar era molt bo, es un dels hotels que em menjat millor.

Pros:

Genial! Tuvimos un pequeño problema y nos lo solucionaron muy amablemente, en especial un chico llamado Andreu y una chica muy amable rubia que no nos acordamos su nombre ahora (era la encargada de recepción) Recomendable para una experiencia superior coger habitación con terraza. El buffet además también muy bien! Repetiremos sin dudarlo

Konumu Fena değildi kahvaltıda çeşit azdı 5 gün kaldık her gün aynı çeşit sunuluyordu. farklı bir şeyler farklı yiyecekler sunulabilirdi

Cons:

Odamızı önce eski binanın zemin katından bir oda verdiler, anksiyete yarattığı için üst katlardan oda ile değiştirilmesini istedik. En eski binanın 1.katından verdiler. Oysa ki bir arkada 5 katlı yine balkonsuz bir sürü oda vardı oradan verebilirlerdi vermediler 1.katta koridorda ve odada fazlaca nem, rutubet kokusu vardı. Genel puanlamamız bunun için düşük verilmiştir.

Pros:

J'ai tout aimé. Le cadre... L'hôtel ... La nourriture... La piscine... Le personnel... Qui est à l'écoute des clients et toujours disponible.

Cons:

Par contre la nuit on entendait tout les gens qui parlaient dans leur chambre où la porte qui se referme fort. Les chambres pas très bien insonorisées.

Kedvenc hotelem, az elhelyezkedés és a félpanzió választéka (ételérzékenység) miatt már négyszer itt szálltunk meg.

Cons:

Minden teszik, de talán ha a vacsoránál a sütemények/krémek között is lenne glutén és tejmentes, az még jobban feldobná a kínálatot. Persze lehet gyümölcsöt enni desszertnek, de néha az ember megkívánja azt sok csodálatos édességet. :)
