Important information:

Half-board or full-board does not include drinks. In the low season, depending on the services, the buffet can be replaced by a menu.

Half-board or full-board options can only be used on the day of departure upon request to the establishment. They cannot be modified during special events such as New Year's Eve or Valentine's Day without a supplement for the Gala.

To expedite the check-in process and ensure a worry-free stay, the hotel may charge the total amount 48 hours before your arrival date for stays of 3 nights or less. If you do not show up, only one night will be charged, and the price of two nights will be refunded. For nonrefundable reservations, 100% of the stay will be charged, and it cannot be modified or canceled without a full penalty.

Due to special gala events, dinner service will be unavailable in the hotel cafeteria on 24 and 31 December (every year) and 14 February 2026. Room service will be available until 18:00.

The Roof Top and Boga may be closed for private events. Access to the Roof Top may vary throughout the year and is subject to availability upon request.

The rooftop pool is warm to provide a pleasant temperature, but it is not a heated pool.

Daca alegi camera fara balcon si esti cazat in partea veche a hotelului nu te poti odihni. Din cauza galagiei, din cauza
Pros:

Doar zona este ok. Este un hotel amplasat la 10 minute de plaja ceea ce pentru noi a fost un lucru bun. De asemenea autobuzul L21 care merge spre centru este la 2 minute de hotel.
De asemenea partea noua a hotelului ( camera cu balcon 4 stele) este extrem de diferita fata de partea veche a hotelului (camera fara balcon 2 stele). Spun asta pentru ca dupa 3 nopti in care nu am putut sa ne odihnim si in care am insistat ca vrem sa schimbam camera cu una pe partea noua a hotelului in sfarsit ne au spus ca au o camera disponibila si pentru noi desi o cerusem contra-cost. Mentionez ca am fost cu un copil de 3 ani jumate.

Cons:

Nu recomand sa alegeti camera fara balcon. In pozele de pe booking si orice platforma de social media este prezentata doar partea noua a ghotelului care arata excelent, dar de fapt oamenii care aleg o camera fara balcon sunt cazari in partea veche a hotelului unde nu merita nici macar 2 stele. Am fost cazati intr o camera fix langa ghena de gunoi. La 12 noaptea doamnele de la curatenie duceau gunoiul si era un zgomot intolerabil. La 7 dimineata un camion descarca lazi de bere fix la geamul nostru. Usile de la camere sunt puse degeaba. Orice zgomot din hol ae aude de parca ar fi in camera. In camera curatenia nu este de un hotel de 4 stele. In pat se simtea nisip probabil nu a fost schimbat cearceaful desi lenjeria per total parea schimbata. In baie cand faci dus curge apa pe langa si din acest motiv toata baia se umple de apa ( mi s a spus ca o sa remedieze, dar acelasi review a fost lasat si in urma cu cateva luni) nu exista papuci de camera ( hotel de 4 stele), nu exista perie pentru toaleta. Capacul de la toaleta era patat.

Very nice city hotel nearby beach.
Pros:

Very nice city hotel very well located nearby beach. Both our kids and us loved it. Modern and well maintained. Good variety of meals - halboard. Very nice and active staff . Nice pool area, enough sun beds. Easy parking. We can definitely recommend.

Cons:

To noisy restaurant due to way of cleaning tables etc. The pool was very cold what was really a porty. Cleaning was not working well some days - as probably fully booked.

Great way to experience Alicante
Pros:

We loved everything about this place, starting with the fact that the hotel is very modern, fabulous breakfast with a lot of choices, proximity to the beach and the palm trees in the courtyard are gorgeous.
The staff is very friendly and as a bonus you get free storage of your bags if you have a late flight.
We will be back!

Cons:

The bathroom setup in some rooms is a bit unusual as it has the sink in the middle of the room.

Mooi, modern hotel met fijne faciliteiten en vriendelijk personeel.
Pros:

Prachtig moderne inrichting, zeer vriendelijk meedenkend personeel. Uitgebreide uitleg aan de Receptie, deed er alles aan om het ons naar de zin te maken. Ook interesse tonen. Prachtige rooftop bar en buitenzwembad.

Cons:

Het dinerbuffet bij aankomst was wat matig, niet alles warm en lekker. Wel vriendelijk personeel.

Pros:

El hotel era muy bonito, muy buena zona, muy bien cuidado y el personal muy agradable. Era muy fácil aparcar cerca del establecimiento. Sin duda, repetería mi estancia aquí.

Cons:

Es verdad que del centro está algo lejos (no mucho). Pero está al lado de la playa de San Juan. Del resto me encantó todo.
