The elevator is a bit cramped
The guy checking me in was terrible and rude. No offer of water too. Basically didn’t want to do his job.
First gave me a completely unclean room. Hair, sheets with dirt etc. got the room changed but the new room was even smaller than the one before and the toiled seat was behind the raidiator and I couldn’t even use it properly 😅
They didnt do room cleaning for two days in a row. The housekeeping and the desk don’t pick up your calls. You have to physically goto them and ask them multiple times to clean the room.
The elevators are absolutely awful. 1 of them is always broken. Too small and slow tor so many rooms!

Limpeza dos quartos deixou muito a desejar. 12 dias de estadia não limparam o quarto 3 dias. Não repuseram os shampoo, condicionador e sabonete líquido.
Locamos 2 quartos 1 deles sem cortina da banheira para banho… demorou 4 dias para instalar. Porta travou 3 x a trava de segurança impossibilitando a entrada no quarto. Manutenção demorou para resolver a demanda. Elevadores lotados e passam direto no andar com frequência.

The location is everything. Very accesible.
The elevator, is slow and small. And the washroom in our room, our first two nights there is no shower curtain, they only put it on our lastnight. Also the AC is not very cold, and when you turn on the shower its so noisy.
