Freundliches Hotel am Rande von Ladenburg
Pros:

- Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter,
- das gute Frühstück,
- weiträumige Gestaltung der Bar, kein Engegefühl,
- gute Sanierung des Bades in unseremZimmer,
- das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis empfanden wir als gut

Cons:

- Im Bad nur ein einziger Haken für Handtücher und Waschlappen,
- die gesamte Hoteleinrichtung benötigt weitere Sanierungsmaßnahmen,
- die Lage am Rande des Industriegebiets, ca. 1km entfernt von der Altstadt

Gute Unterkunft mit kostenlosem Parken.
Pros:

Zimmer sind sauber, Betten sind bequem.
Gutes Frühstück mit viel Auswahl.

Cons:

Im Restaurant gab es nur ein Buffet. Teigwaren und Gemüse zu weich gekocht. Auswahl eher bescheiden.
Am Sonntag hat das Restaurant geschlossen, das passt. Dass jedoch die Bar auch geschlossen ist finden wir nicht toll. Das Personal konnte kein Getränk ausschenken. Zu allem Unglück war der Getränkeautomat ausser Betrieb.

Palautteeseen reagoitiin asiallisesti
Pros:

Edellisellä kerralla oli parista asiasta huomautettavaa ja se luvattiin korvata; saimme paremman huoneen, alennusta huoneen hinnasta ja syödä ilmaiseksi ravintolassa ja vielä juomatkin. Aamiaisenkin olisi saanut veloituksetta mutta jouduimme lähtemään hyvin varhain. Kaikki toimi loistavasti tällä kertaa, kiitos henkilökunnalle.
