A comfortable and clean stay with good service. Easy to access.
Pros:

Staff were very accomodating and found us an alternative room with no stairs to bed. Breakfast options were well provided for. The hotel was very clean.

Cons:

It was warm and with no air-conditioning the room was a bit stuffy. we needed to keep the window open and that let all the road noise in.

Pros:

Camera spaziosa con frigorifero, pulita e balconcino. Posizione ottima, fermata del tram a 5 minuti dalla struttura. Colazione abbastanza abbondante e varia. Personale gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Il terrazzo in comune con l'altra camera.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt außerhalb der Altstadt, diese ist aber zu Fuß in 10-15 Minuten sehr gut erreichbar. Es gibt auch die Möglichkeit eine Straßenbahn zu nehmen. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, jeden Tag hätte man was anderes essen können. Unsere Zimmer waren in den Hof orientiert und dadurch sehr ruhig. Parken konnten wir gegen zusätzliches Entgelt in der Garage, was sehr bequem war.

Cons:

Leider keine Klimaanlage vorhanden :(

Pros:

Nahe am Zentrum sowohl zu Fuß als auch mit Bahn.

Cons:

Leider waren Handtücher und Bett so bereitgestellt, als wäre es für eine Person. Erstmal nicht dramatisch, aber das war bei anderen Gästen auch so.
