Cons:

Lobby furniture seemed dirty. Shared closet/bathroom door is ridiculous. Dim hallway lighting. Valet team needs more staff during rush.

I was put in a room that had a window to the atrium and backed up to the elevator. It was very noisy most of the night.

Won't use booking.com again. Won't stay at the hotel again.
Pros:

Rooms were clean.

Cons:

Booking.com and hotel offerings didn't match. I paid for continental breakfast through booking, the hotel said they didn't see that on my reservation. Still had to pay $35/day for parking.
Room didn't have toilet paper. Had to call and ask for it. It never came.i chased down a cleaning lady in the hall to get some.

Pros:

It was all great overall, had a great experience with front desk "James" very helpful and accommodating. James got us early check in so we can get ready for my nephews wedding ceremony.

Cons:

no complimentary breakfast. lol
