Lo staff e le soluzioni proposte.
Abbiamo prenotato per 4 adulti e quando ci hanno portato in camera i letti a castello erano solo 1,70 di lunghezza. In camera c’è sempre odore di muffa essendo che il bagno è cieco. Il bagno non ha uno sfiatatoio per l’acqua e appena ti fai la doccia tutto rimane allagato. Quando abbiamo fatto notare tutto questo ci hanno risposto che potevamo cambiare hotel ed essere rimborsati. Non abbiamo cambiato dovendo rimanere solo qualche giorno. L’acqua nel bagno non sono venuti ad asciugarla!

Adatto ad un weekend per chi non vuole spendere troppo
Pros:

Fasthotel è un'ottima soluzione per chi vuole passare un weekend a Cervia senza spendere troppo. Le camere sono pulite, la posizione è ottima (a 2 minuti dal mare e 15 minuti di passeggiata dal centro). Il personale è molto gentile, abbiamo avuto un imprevisto dovuto ad un malfunzionamento della caldaia: per entrambi i due giorni di permanenza siamo stati costretti a fare la doccia fredda. La ragazza della reception, visibilmente dispiaciuta, ci ha fatto uno sconto e pertanto voglio riportare l'episodio tra le cose che mi sono piaciute.

Cons:

Più che non ci è piaciuto, c'è un aspetto secondo me da migliorare: la colazione. La colazione è nella norma e assolutamente accettabile, ma è fai da te (non c'è servizio) e potrebbe essere migliorata offrendo qualche opzione in più (qualche yogurt magro, della frutta, qualche opzione salata, dei cereali). L'offerta standard è composta da qualche torta, fette biscottate, marmellate e creme spalmabili e degli yogurt (oltre al bere).

Struttura da rivedere così com'è paragonato agli altri non è un 3 stelle.
Colazione tutto self service ( apparecchiare e sparecchiare) si sente la mancanza di prodotti freschi....manca la frutta c'erano solo 2 mele..... Mancano cereali...... Non c'era esistenza di prosciutto o uova niente pancarrè...... Niente colazione internazionale..... Tutto confezionato.....senza pinze per prendere le brioche o la torta.....
Le stanze.... La nostra era minuscola in tre era veramente difficile..... Non molto pulita, ragnatele e polvere...... Condizionatore rumoroso e posizionato sopra la testata del letto matrimoniale, inutilizzabile di notte.
Terrazzino senza sedie e fili per stendere gli asciugamani.
Bagno senza bidet, water con spruzzino che sostituisce il bidet, molto piccolo.
Nel complesso esperienza negativa.
Non la consiglierei.
La struttura va rivista.

La struttura si raggiunge facilmente a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria, il centro ed il mare sono molto vicini. La zona è tranquilla. Nello stesso stabile si trova un buon ristorante, con gestione separata. I letti sono comodi, la camera è essenziale ma pulita. Buonissime sono le brioches del mattino. Il personale è molto cortese e disponibile.

Sicuramente la pulizia, personale gentile e solare e come punto di appoggio è ottimo. Check in veloce e prima dell'orario previsto.
Tapparelle per avere buio in stanza.

Cons:

Mia figlia è celiaca e non c'era nulla per lei a colazione(nonostante fosse tutto confezionato quindi sarebbe gestibile)
Sarebbe utile il posteggio in quanto nella zona si trovano posti liberi ma a volte un po inventati..
