You canceled my reservation. Got 2 stories. 1 room was destroyed night before. Storey 2 overbooked by 3rd party. Both were lies.

Pros:

Bed was extremely comfortable. Temperature was good death clerk was good. Shoes personable not overly not overly so but she's personable, very professional

Cons:

Always left a lot to be desired as did the laundry room. The door was unlocked from time to time and seemed like it didn't work . Could have used more towels, hand towels. There weren't any The carpet could have been cleaner. The kitchen floor could have been cleaner. It wasn't clean at all so I put that on the housekeepers. Other than that it was pretty pretty enjoyable. Stay

The price was decent, the room was pret dirty though.

The toilet was leaking, water kept running and smelt bad

Pros:

Staff was super nice, rooms seem to have improved since 2 years ago when we stayed there for my surgery we were there for a week or my husband was.

Cons:

No dishes or coffee maker in room when theirs a kitchenette.

Pros:

This was the second time that I stayed there. Last time the bedding was soiled with some gross stuff. The manager, Jason, said that he would give me something off for inconvenience. Nothing happened with that. I checked in Friday, I mentioned that to him. He then stated that he would give me some percentage off. Friday nite when I got back to my room, a roach ran across the counter. I then saw another one on Saturday night in the bathroom. I will not be checking in that place ever again. All I got from them was excuses.

Nasty dirty dog smelling room

I didn't like the fact that when I got to the room everything was completely dirty nasty and filthy and the manager wouldn't even compensate me for cleaning my own room but I am going to report this
