Pros:

This was the second time that I stayed there. Last time the bedding was soiled with some gross stuff. The manager, Jason, said that he would give me something off for inconvenience. Nothing happened with that. I checked in Friday, I mentioned that to him. He then stated that he would give me some percentage off. Friday nite when I got back to my room, a roach ran across the counter. I then saw another one on Saturday night in the bathroom. I will not be checking in that place ever again. All I got from them was excuses.

Nasty dirty dog smelling room

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that when I got to the room everything was completely dirty nasty and filthy and the manager wouldn't even compensate me for cleaning my own room but I am going to report this

Pros:

Hotel is in a good area and the lady who did my check in was very nice. The ac and heat in the room worked very well.

Cons:

The breakfast was lack luster. Just coffee, hot water for hot chocolate and some prepackaged muffins. The underside of the cabinets were terribly dirty. The main light for my room constantly flickered and buzzed.

DON'T BOTHER

Cons:

Bathroom sink was half full of water and clogged. Manager offered me a pitiful 25% discount to stay- message delivered through front desk agent. I politely refused abs walked out. I'm still waiting on the credit promised for the 1 room night not used. In addition, there was a large cigarette burn mark on the counter top next to the refrigerator.

Horrible service at the counter the unit floor was not mopped. You got a kitchenette but you got to bring your own pots and pans and a toiletries
