We walked out 10 minutes after arriving. Asked for refund and they were incredibly rude.
Pros:

Absolutely disgusting. Liked nothing

Cons:

Dirty, smelled terribly, staff was rude, horrifying and gross.

Did not receive value for the money I paid.

Location and availability of parking

Cons:

AC was not working and I requested a room change because of this. The lady at the reception on Saturday night asked me to leave if I want to and provided a business card to request refund when I move out. This was around 11:30pm.

PAY EXTRA AND STAY ELSEWHERE!!
Pros:

Location was decent, it’s a 2-mile walk to the stadium. Same as most other hotels in the area.

Cons:

The hotel is very dirty!!! The room stated no smoking, but clearly there was smoking in the room (picture attached). The whole shower was stained pink, from what I’m assuming was pink hair dye (also, picture attached). The mattress was so worn out by someone’s butt indention on the phone side of the bed, you couldn’t lay flat on the bed. Never walked on the carpet without shoes!!! The whole room was just dirty and I questioned myself several times of even staying in the room or sleeping in my car!!

Overall I give this hotel a good 9 rating
Pros:

I like that u can check in early when there are rooms available

Cons:

Some of the staff was very rude and mean not all the staff there was a really nice guy who allowed me to check in early there need to be more people like him

Needs to fix toilet in 225. Toilet was lose screw missing. Shower was not clean. Hair all over shower walls.

The beds aren’t comfortable at all. If you want any sleep be sure to bring your own blankets! You only get one as thick as the sheet that’s on it!

Really wish this can be resolved, with cleaning up this hotel for better rating!
Pros:

Reservation was quick, cheapest rate decent! Process was good!

Cons:

I will leave you with this! Starting with the front desk, very unprofessional, female staff leaving front desk VACANT to go bye and smoke during shift,not available for a period of time guests were waiting! Too may homeless, bums, drugs traffic, postitution of all kind at/around the front door on the primises. Need a major cleanup entire hotel, disgusting i had no choice at the time to stay here $$! You ask for truth!

Hotelzimmer ganz OK, Frühstücksservice war mager.
Pros:

Gute Lage und mit Auto gut erreichbar.

Cons:

Frühstück bestand nur aus Muffin, Tee, Kaffee und Riegel, der im Eingangsbereich zum Abholen war.
Trotz Küche / Kühlschrank / Gefrierschrank / Abwasch im Zimmer war kein Geschirr, Besteck oder Kochutensilien im Zimmer.
