Pros:

For some reason we could not get them to clean our room no matter how many times I asked
Old gentleman at the desk was useless
Young black man was very nice and got us fresh towels very disappointed with miad service and them totally ignoring our request to clean our rooms

beds were comfortable. pool was nice. breakfast was grab and go.

Cons:

shampoos and soap were empty when we checked in. came back to the room.after it was cleaned. No lines for bathroom. Called and was only able to get towels. Realized it was busy, But for the prices charged would have expected better.It normally is. We come.here several times over the year. We will be back.

I had a wonderful time with my 75 year old mother for her birthday and I would come back to Fenwick!!!
Pros:

Pool was great being away from the main boardwalk and the big crowds was a plus beach access was a plus

Cons:

Everything was great but….. I was on the dogs floor and I was hoping that the main hallway floor would get mop overnight sometime or every other night … some people dog take care of the pets good so some rooms smelled walking pass but not the hotels fault … so the mopping would help !!

Great vaue - right where I wanted to be.
Pros:

Lovely room. Great air conditioning. Quick breakfast was a nice surprise.

Cons:

Check in was a little slow. There was a loud mechanical noise - possibly the facilities air conditioner that was a little annoying.

Pros:

The hotel has a great location,free beach chairs, nice rooms,A/C work. Is a good choice for the price.

Cons:

I have visited this hotel for years and the rooms are always clean,but this year the room was not the best, clean is my top priority but the front desk gave me another room with no problem, possible new cleaning person.

Love the shuttle bus service. The free beach chairs was a huge bonus!! One less thing to have to carry.

Ok for the Price for a family stay.
Pros:

Location and facilties were solid. Not great but not bad. Pool area was solid plus offered a shuttle to the beach.

Cons:

Breakfast area space is tight. Could be better utilized. Tuesday night movie was canceled with no warning. Kinda the whole reason we brought the kids here specifically. Front desk staff was hit or miss with helpfulness.
