The front desk guy. "Jesus" Even though he was the only one serving guests on a holiday weekend, answering the phone and attending to the guests, he was an excellent employee. I appreciate his kindness and patience in managing the entire hotel on his own. Thank you, Jesus, for treating us as we deserve. I hope the manager recognizes and rewards him.

It was close to downtown without being stuck in all the traffic which I really liked. The property was clean and staff was helpful

Location, location, location!!!!! Plenty of parking.
No breakfast was offered, location was not good.
Fees for checking in early are ridiculous and additional parking fees. Will not stay there again

The location was within easy walking distance to the trolley stop and the riverwalk.
There was very little wifi in the room. We had to go sit downstairs to get a decent signal.
They advertise on the Riverwalk and it like 5 city blocks from it.
