Great spot
Pros:

We did not have the breakfast, but the location was great.

Cons:

The lid to the ice bucket had dirt around the edge, which did not matter because the ice machine was broken. There was also black stains on the top of the bathroom door and ceiling, but other than that the rest of the room was very clean
