Nice and comfortable. Don't expect the complimentary breakfast.
Pros:

The breakfast was lacking what was supposed to be there. Before we left, we wanted to have the said breakfast. There were no bagels, no yogurt, and the hot food items were not replenished. That was disappointing.

The room was wonderful.

The morning breakfast was not replenished.

Decent utilitarian hotel with (Cisco liquid) eggs for breakfast.
Pros:

Breakfast had scrambled eggs (i.e. not individual eggs but a mix) and sausage, which is at least not completely junk food. Also lots of standard carb options. Coffee was weak but had both decaf and regular. Staff friendly and helpful. Lots of airplane and highway noise, and the hotel is completely surrounded by parking lot so you won't use the balcony. Parking lot has bright lights as well so you'll want the blackout curtains (I typically have windows open when possible but this was bright). Swimming pool is small and square: not for exercising, really. It's a functional, clean enough, utilitarian hotel if this location is convenient. Met my needs perfectly: mini fridge, microwave in the lobby. Note there are many hotels around the area. They all looked comparable from the outside. The area is strip-mall Americana.

Cons:

Completely surrounded by parking lot with bright lights in it. So were all the others nearby.

Overall good but need to work on breakfast part
Pros:

I like that a lot of rooms including mine had a balcony which was a nice surprise.

Cons:

Breakfast was empty soon after they opened up the kitchen. There really wasn't that many people so they just don't put enough and fill out after it runs out. I've heard people asking a couple times about basics like coffee or eggs.
