For the money the location was excellent and the room was very clean.
Pros:

Loved the balcony that came with the room. The bed was comfortable and the couch in our room was super cool

Was nice and quiet. Close to everything we were there to do.

Cons:

Advertised a pool part of why we chose this hotel. It was closed the entire time we were there. Room service did not come to clean the room once in the 4 days we were there.

Pros:

My low rating is primarily due to the check-in and billing experience. I arrived around 6:30 p.m., well within the advertised check-in window of 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., yet I was incorrectly charged a no-show fee in addition to the room charge and a $100 incidental hold. This resulted in charges being placed on two different cards. The error was only discovered because I questioned the charges at checkout. The front desk associate who checked me out was helpful and identified the mistake, but the associate who checked me in created a very frustrating experience.

In addition, there were ants in the room, the hotel did not have a toothbrush available when I requested one, and the complimentary breakfast ended at 8:00 a.m. on a weekday, which is much earlier than the typical 9:00 a.m. end time offered by most hotels. While each of these issues alone might have been manageable, together they made for a disappointing stay.

Pros:

I really do not like breakfast, bugs was every where in dishes and even in spoons,I just eat eggs and bread and make me slice got foreshadowing , now I am in hospital to fighting with antibiotics, thanks you you make me sick

Very old room - bedding didn’t even match
