Good hotel, busy hotel in a good location short uber ride from the ocean beaches and cruise port.

staff are WORST - they need to re evaluate the staffs
most esp the Indonesian at the cashier really rude, doesn't know the word friendliness to your guests she's so aggressive & not helpful
same as the other we check in right on time 3pm - they said the room is not ready yet & will just call us -
so we waited at the chair in front of the cashier (me , my husband & 4 kids)
we waited 45mins & when I asked her (indosian girl) if the room is available now she said its avail and I told her why nobody call us to let us know that our room is available -- her response if you want I can cancel your booking -- What is that I didn't argue as Im with my family I don't want my husband to hear her say that - Its our cruise moment .
but told myself I'm never ever come back to this place -- Do something about your customer service with this Hyatt location -

Great location
Pros:

Great place to stay prior to cruise. Very convenient to port, able to leave car at hotel. Rooms were very nice, good breakfast, staff very polite.

The rooms were nice, breakfast could use some work. But overall not bad

Cons:

There transport company they use were closed when we got in. There hours need to be updated on there website/ booking list. When we asked about it the lady from the company was rude when we asked about it.

Fantastic value! Clean rooms and great staff
Pros:

We went as weary travelers just getting off a cruise. We wanted a day to decompress before traveling back home. Quite frankly we chose this hotel as it seemed quite reasonable in price and we weren't looking for much. We were pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff even though it was quite busy. The ladies at the front desk got us situated and let us store our luggage until our room was ready. We lounged by the pool and then went to the room that was ready 2 hours early. The room (6th floor) was quite large, much bigger than we anticipated. It was very clean, plenty of towels.

The staff could not have been better, they were so friendly and that night shift sure has a sense of humor :)

Pros:

O hotel nos surpreendeu em todos os sentidos. Quarto bem acima das expectativas, ambientes do hotel muito novos e bem estruturados. A localização também é um ponto à parte, pois é bem localizado e próximo da praia e de pontos famosos na cidade.

Cons:

O café da manhã é bom, mas sim, pode melhorar. Porém a observação é que esse é o padrão americano, que é bem diferente do nosso brasileiro. Considerando o padrão de café da manhã dos EUA... está OK
