Eu reservei um quarto duplo, a única coisa que achei ruim é que não era especificado que era um quarto com duas camas do lado e uma cama, meu entender seriam 2 quartos integrados; fora isso tudo excelente
O hotel não é muito grande, o espaço pra café da manhã é pequeno portanto precisa de organização pra comer senão você não consegue pois está sempre lotado

Stayed here 2 days before our cruise. My family and I enjoyed our stay so much that we wished we could have made our stay longer. We enjoyed the pool and the staff was very helpful.
Excellent experience, if taking a cruise very close to the port and shuttle service is great.

It was close to the convention center
We booked a double room with two beds and a pull out bed. They gave us a room with a single bed and a pull out. When we brought it up to the front desk they said they were fully booked and had no other rooms available. When we went back up to the room we realized not only was the room incorrect but the air conditioning was not working and was 80 degrees. We waited for maintenance to come check it out and once it was confirmed there was an issue with it we went back downstairs with our 3 kids and luggage to then being told they’re giving us another room. But I thought there were no other rooms available? Once we went to the new room it was the double room with the double beds and a pull out bed with air conditioning
My intended flight was cancelled and I called the hotel cancel my reservation, I spoke with Jessica, who was very informative, and obviously knowledgeable in her capacity. She advised me not to cancel my stay, should an alternative flight be found. It was the best decision.
Upon arrival to the facility I met Elijah who was just as informative, and once again once trained.
It was an excellent experience! Well done!
