Good quality for the cost and close to Port
Pros:

The room was nice, I found a lot of hair in the bathroom and a few bugs, but I can deal with that, but constant noise is

Cons:

My room was right next to the gym, I heard weights banging and the room was across from the employees entrance for house keepers and laundry room and the room was right by the pool entrance, I heard noise until 100 am and then at 6 the noise started again.

A Nightmare at the Hyatt!
Pros:

Over crowded on several of the days. Breakfast selection/lines waiting a joke. Would not recommend this hotel. Customer service not interested in concerns. Very disappointing experience.

Watch out for maintenance
Pros:

We really liked the Hyatt Place. The shuttle was frequent and n time. The rooms werre spacious and clean. Most of the staff was friendlt and courteous with the exception of one guy (I think he was maintenance, bald black shirt with name tag) threw us out of the aundry room while we were doing laundry stating "Leave this room free for guests"n like we were squatters or something. VERY RUDE!
