Convenient location to stay before cruise and close to a great Bistro restaurant.
Pros:

Location to the cruise port and other businesses such as drug store, dining and shopping.

Cons:

Had to wait a long time to check in. Only one person trying to serve bar area and do check-in. at 3:30 in the afternoon
The elevators were very slow and had to take the stairs a lot. Wish there were complementary shuttle service from airport and cruise port.

Pros:

Rise at the front desk was excellent! While the hotel was very busy with many cruisers checking in snd out she stay professional, welcoming and accommodating to all in our party. With staff like Rose I would return again.

Relaxed and great for a one night stay
Pros:

Room was great. Close to both airport and cruise port. Shuttle service was arranged to the port at a fair price. Staff was very friendly .

Overall, the stay did not meet our expectations.
Pros:

There were very noisy guests staying two rooms away from us. They were drinking and partying loudly, and we had to call guest services to address the situation.

Our room was also missing tissues—the tissue box had not been refilled by housekeeping. In addition, the air conditioner was an old, large unit located right next to the bed, and it was extremely loud. It seems like it needs to be updated.

The breakfast experience was disappointing as well. The selection was very limited, the area was overcrowded, and we had difficulty finding a table. There was also no hot water or ice water available at the time.

Overall, the stay did not meet our expectations.
