The staff especially Kathleen were helpful and accommodating. The location was excellent near shops and a few restaurants.
There was only one working elevator and it was slow.
Also, no room slippers were provided and there was no safety deposit box in the room where you can store valuables.
When we walked into the room, it was almost 90 degrees because there was a blue space heater in there.
As soon as we opened the door, we were hit by extremely stuffy air and could barely breathe.
I went down to the front desk hoping they’d give us a different room—since they’d probably given us the wrong one by mistake—but the man there just told me to unplug the space heater and cool the room down with the AC.
Do you know how long that takes? After 3 hours, it was still 84 degrees.
The next morning, it was still 74 degrees!
We sweated profusely all night and barely slept. It was an absolute outrage.
When I told the woman at the front desk about it in the morning, she didn’t do anything except apologize.
I might expect something like that at a cheap motel in a bad neighborhood. But not from a Hyatt. The least they could have done here would have been to switch the room in the evening or offer me a partial refund in the morning. Unfortunately, the service was very poor.

L emplacement à uptown proche de nos activités, le confort correct, l accueil un peu plus impersonnel mais toujours souriant. Le petit déjeuner.
La chambre était un peu petite, à côté de l ascenseur. Nous étions 3 pendant deux jours puis 2 personnes pendant 3 jours, ils n ont pas accepté de réduire le prix après les 2 premières nuits, donc le séjour s’est avéré un peu cher.
