The location was beautiful. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast has been the best breakfast I’ve ever had in all my life. The room was amazing with a nice view.
There wasn’t a laundry room located in the hotel.

The outdoor pool looked bigger in picture.
I thought in all it was a well managed property, the room was clean, they used glass instead of plastic in the room. ( I really like that as it makes me feel like they care about the environment.) The beds were good and the room was spacious and quite. I used the gym and found it to be pretty good, with a good number of weights and even a Peloton bike which I thought was pretty thoughtful. We were only there for a night but in all I was happy to have choose this property.
Also the gal who checked us in at the front desk was super nice I think her name was McKinzie.

Inoperable tv that required maintenance over an hr to fix and contacting another company to check tv connection. TV channels were very limited to news and informercials. Light switches near the bed were inoperable. Room telephone was disconnected and only the speaker phone option is available to dial the front desk. Dirty towels and linens. Contacted front desk.
Location, close to everything.
There was a strong smell in the water
The Hyatt uptown provided a comfortable stay. A better breakfast than can be offered by Choice Hotels. I would repeat a stay or extended stay at this hotel.
