Sabrina, Diana and Sharon were amazin!

We travelled from Ohio and on our way we had a horrible experience at a different hotel chain. We stayed here for 3 days and it made us forget about the horrible experience we had during our travels. Sabrina, Marison and Tareen were awesome!

We stayed only one night. The hotel is actually quite dated but clean. Lobby is nice and breakfast was good. But of note was Sabrina the hotel front desk manager. She was kind and caring and I witnessed her going the extra mile and if she could not accommodate a guest request, she would offer something else to try and make the guest satisfied. She was worth writing a favorable review for.

Very friendly and accommodating. We came in for a funeral and used 10 rooms. Breakfast was good. The rooms were clean.

Our flight was canceled out of Orlando due to weather, and we scrambled to find another flight the next day, and room to stay that night. Ended up in Vero Beach at this location (about 10-15 minutes inland) and even though we were stressed and tired, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Sabrina went out of her way to help us set our luggage aside until it room was ready (we ended up arriving hours before check-in and they were sold out).
We're pretty easy-going people, but she definitely made us feel better about being stuck in Florida for another couple of days until we were able to sort things out and get another flight home. When our flight got canceled the next morning, she did what she could to extend our stay (only 1 room available at the time, but she put us on a list so that we didn't miss anything they might come up due to cancellations, etc.). Later that morning we found out that we'd be flying out of Orlando after all, and ended up finding a hotel back there.
The rooms are okay, the pool was fine, and the price felt really high ($360 per room that night, $240 the next night), but that might be typical for hotels in the area. The front desk really made the stay worth it, though. Thanks for everything, Sabrina!

Wonderful location right off I-95. Quiet.
Staff was so pleasant. Employee, April, in the breakfast room was wonderful and had the dark roast coffee all set!

Ms. Sabrina was amazing. She helped me where she could. She listened to my small issue and she smiles which is a good thing when standing in front of people all day.

Very welcoming and accommodating staff. Room was very clean and breakfast was excellent. Sabrina was very sweet and friendly at checkout. I will definitely stay here again.
