Great place to stay with family, breakfast was excellent, the staff, the room, we felt safe and comfortable

I especially want to thank Sabrina and Patricia. When my 3rd party reservation was messed up, both were extremely helpful in finding us an accommodation and making sure our second night was all set. Also, Darby was cordial and helpful at breakfast.

For this trip I reserved 5 rooms for my team. When I booked through my Hilton app, I booked 5 King rooms. I did not get all 5 King rooms. I was displeased with the front desk upon arrival. This Hampton pales in comparison to the other Hampton, and reminds me more of a Motel 6 than a Hilton property. We ended up leaving Vero Beach early and checked out of the rooms at 2pm. Instead of charging me for the room rate of the last night, the hotel charged me a $205 late checkout fee that was $20 more than the actual room rate for the night.
I am a Diamond Hilton Honors member and I can assure you, I will NOT stay at a Hilton property again in Vero Beach.

The hotel was very clean, great breakfast. Staff was very polite, always said hi, good morning & asked if needed anything. Daphmine was a star!!! She is truly an asset to this hotel.

We were at your property for two nights, February 14 15th and 16th for a wedding at Magnolia Farm! Sabrina from the moment I checked in till the moment I left treated all of us as if we were VIPs I would give her stars!
There were quite a few of us that stayed at your hotel and we all agreed she made our stay delightful! She was always there to greet us every morning and would say goodbye when she was leaving if we happen to be in the lobby, we were very often during the 72 hours! Thank you, Sabrina for making us feel home away from home

We had a lovely experience. It was a quick trip for just one night, but was very comfortable & clean. Queen Sabrina was the absolute best! So incredibly sweet and helpful. You need more people like her! This morning Diane helped us checkout and she was also extremely sweet & helpful. We plan to come back to Vero Beach & this hotel location!

We checked in then went to dinner. When we returned to the room we smelled smoke and the fire alarm went off and we called front desk. They were absolutely NO help. The manager Patricia smith was called and she said there was nothing she could. She didn’t even call the fire department She told the front desk person that “they can leave but they aren’t getting their money back “. She was not concerned for or well being in the slightest. I had to call 911 myself and they came quickly and assessed the situation. They were amazing! No guests were harmed thankfully

The location is easy off I-95. Our check-in was very easy. Sabrina contacted us before our arrival. So she knew our ETA. We also had Sabrina 3 days later on our check out. Easy check out, too! We found our room was nice and clean. Our sheet corner and mattress pad on both top corners did not stay on the bed. That was annoying in the middle of the night. I also didn’t understand why we didn’t have curtains over our darker shade curtains. That would give the room some color.
They have a very nice clean small pool. It was too chilly to go in, but the sun felt good on my face.
On the over-all … we had a very nice time and we would return.

Sabrina was extremely helpful with our check in and monitoring our stay over our 2 day stay. Thank you so much! We look forward to visiting again.

Food has been great so far! April is very sweet and interactive with the guest. Food was warm and good perfect. Everything is clean and well taken care of.
