A Nice Stay
Pros:

The location is easy off I-95. Our check-in was very easy. Sabrina contacted us before our arrival. So she knew our ETA. We also had Sabrina 3 days later on our check out. Easy check out, too! We found our room was nice and clean. Our sheet corner and mattress pad on both top corners did not stay on the bed. That was annoying in the middle of the night. I also didn’t understand why we didn’t have curtains over our darker shade curtains. That would give the room some color.
They have a very nice clean small pool. It was too chilly to go in, but the sun felt good on my face.
On the over-all … we had a very nice time and we would return.

Service oriented hotel!
Pros:

I had a wonderful check-in experience thanks to Sabrina. She welcomed me with a warm smile and made the reservation process incredibly smooth. When I mentioned I had a lot of work to get through, she went the extra mile to locate a comfortable, quiet room for me. What made the stay even more special was her lovely personality; it was her birthday, and she shared how happy she was to have spent quality time with her grandchildren. She is an absolute sweetheart who provides true 'hospitality from the heart.' The hotel is lucky to have her!
