Super 8 by Wyndham Williams West Route 66 - Grand Canyon Area

This hotel is terrible. The property is run-down and nothing like what was advertised.

They advertise a good breakfast, but all they offer is watered-down coffee. They don’t even provide complimentary water for guests. To make matters worse, the woman at the front desk was rude and seemed to mock us when we asked where breakfast was being served.

I specifically paid for a hotel that advertised breakfast, and there was essentially nothing available. I feel completely misled and very disappointed with my experience.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

One of the red curtains had white color all over it. I hoped it was because the wall maybe was painted recently. The windows also could be a little thicker, i heard the traffic from the street at night

Well let’s the start with the ‘complimentary breakfast’ which was as little as a granola bar hidden behind the check-in desk which you had to ask for each morning. They shouldn’t advertise as having breakfast included. Keycards left a lot to be desired, as was the absence of water in the pool and jacuzzi which seemed to have been stored in the shower heads

I selected this because it Said Breakfast was Included. The apple and orange juice was heavily watered down. Nothing else to Grab and Go with except a cup of Coffee.

Advertised free breakfast but couldn't find it. Bathroom fan very noisy, sounded like a banshee. Showered in the dark, not wanting to wake the neighbors. But if the light had been on, I would have seen the crappy paint job. Have you heard of masking tape?

Bed had springs sticking out of them, website state breakfast they did NOT offer breakfast, and had to pay for ice.

The room was dirty and cramped. The parking was almost impossible on the back of the building where they put us. The curtains didn't cover the window. And you had to hold the toilet handle down to get it to flush

O quarto tinha aparência de velho, com moveis e equipamentos antigos, o microondas por exemplo, estava sem o prato giratório. O café da manha era somente o Café e Barra de cereal, inclusive um outro hospede estava discutindo com a Recepcionista sobre o café da manhã ofertado. péssima experiência.

The facilities were old and not maintained. There was no breakfast, as stated. Food that was supplied consisted of coffee and juice

No iron

Can you take this hotel off your listing. Charged me extra for a bigger room. I had already paid for two beds for three adults.
Breakfast was a bar of breakfast cereal.

Struttura vecchia e fatiscente. Stanza sporca e rotta in piu punti. Rumori durante la notte provenienti dal frigo e condizionatore. Vasca orribile, da cambiare!
