Friendly staff, location appeared to be safe. Rooms do need to be updated, furniture broken and old.

It was kept clean and different types of food were available. It was the standard type that is usually found in hotel breakfast offerings.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The carpet and sofa in the room could use a deep clean

We picked a room with a sofa bed to accommodate our family. We went to 3 different rooms where all of the sofa mattresses were stained with blood, and dirt. The sofa cushions were ripped and dust was accumulated on top of the back of the sofa in one of the roomsThe room was run down- stains and holes on the carpet. Bathroom looked rough too. We ended up leaving. . The woman at the desk was so nice and seemed shocked herself that the sofa beds were in that condition. She tried to find us a clean room. We ended up leaving after the third room we went to was also run down.

Terrible. Couldn’t even check in. Pulled up and the entire parking lot was blocked off and surrounded by swat. Police everywhere with guns drawn. The hotel was evacuated. Everyone was standing outside. We watched as the swat team went in in full armor with shields and a door buster. No way were we staying there with 2 kids! And icing on the cake, we still haven’t received a refund. DO NOT stay here! Upon further investigation there has been a homicide there before, a guy was arrested there for child enticement just a few weeks ago. They can make any hotel look good online… don’t be duped like us. Stay far far away!

Elevator wasn’t working, outdated hotel that needs a refresh. Front desk staff was very friendly and so was the lady at breakfast.

The staff was extremely friendly and the room was clean and comfortable.

This is the dirtiest place I’ve ever seen. It was so dirty and worn out and gross! We couldn’t stay there :( There was feces on the bedding, floors had holes in it, very dirty you couldn’t sit in furniture, couches were broken and fireplaces didn’t work. We looked at switching rooms to 2 other rooms and all the same :(. Very disappointed!! Would not recommend people staying here as every room was disgusting!!

Fabulous place to stay. The staff was very professional and friendly. They were serving a dinner bar when we arrived and the breakfast was excellent. The Easter decorations were adorable and they had hidden plastic eggs for the kids to find. I will definitely stay here again.

Location.

I arrived at 10 PM. The lady working in the front desk was absolutely fabulous and I forgot to get her name but she had blonde hair probably in her 40s super nice and very personal. I like this hotel a lot. The rooms are like mini apartments which is really nice to have cooking facilities in a fridge

Stayed one night for visit with family. Staff was courteous and very accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again!

Nice. Even had nice dinners free at night. Alos had a comp breakfast that was ok.

Room needed maintenance. Heat was plus / minus.

Two bedroom suite was perfect for my wife and I to have one room and my Dad to have the other. Cheaper than getting two rooms. Breakfast was warm and had decent choices. Decor was a little dated but the staff was very friendly.

Room felt clean and updated. Sheets and pillows were so fresh this makes or breaks out stays. Also, bathroom and materials used seemed updated. The zipper on the lounger in the living area wasn’t fastened well but it was easily tuckable. Great value and location

Our room needed to be completely remodeled. The finish was coming off light fixture, desk had a leg attached that looked like a tree trunk, cigarette burns in the bedding, ottoman that looked like a cat shredded it, couch that sank in the middle and looked dirty and non-working fireplace. These are only a few of the problems.
The staff on the other hand were incredible! Very friendly and willing to bend over backwards to do what they could for us.
Will not be staying at this location again.
