Pros:

I will stay again. The staff is great.

Cons:

Parking is a little iffy sometimes but you can still find a spot. Just might not be right by your room.

Just watch when booking. I booked a room with a kitchenette on booking.com and when I got to the place, those were all booked and filled. Nothing bad against the hotel just sucks when that room is a little more and you are trying to cook your own food but can't as the rooms were taken.

Pros:

Employees were very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Getting into my room was a different story. I traded my room key at least 5 times and had to bother employees each time. My room key would not unlock my door. Very frustrating and time consuming.

Cons:

Rooms keys not working.

A success! Everything I needed plus kindness and good people on top.
Pros:

The staff was so kind and accommodating. Check in was easy, they were easy to contact after/before hours and were quick to resolve my minor issue with the tv. It was even easy to extend my stay for another night. Thank you!

Cons:

The shower and bathtub could use an update but considering the affordable price it was just fine. Functional and clean.

It is what it is it was been nice to get a cup of coffee or a pastry that is only available after 9:
Pros:

There was no breakfast and for me that coffee and a pastry would be available at 9:00 I left at 7:00 or before 7:00

Cons:

Even the ice door was locked from 9:00 to 9:00 I could not get ice when I got there nor in the morning before I left for my trip

Pros:

It was easy enough to check in. The staff is extremely friendly. Willing to accommodate.

Cons:

The bed sheets had something like super glue spots stuck on them the pillows were dingy to the point it showed through the pillow cases. There were holes in the blankets and top sheets. Dirt in the corners of the bathroom towels were stained with blue ink or something blue. Booking .com shows breakfast is served. No mention of it at the property and office isnt even open til 10:30 AM just shy of being too late for breakfast.
Our door handle lock mechanism was broken, needs to be replaced. One evening my son had to climb thru the window to let us in our room, this was 9 pm, the office was closed, luckily we had left it open a tad when we left These were all unfavorable things that was quite disappointing.

Very dissatisfied
Pros:

Although breakfast was advertised none was available, lobby and services closed @6pm, no way to contact staff. Asked staff to provide missing wash cloths they never brought them, had to wash face and body with a full bath towel. Room had door, wall and carpet damages.

Should be more transparent regarding breakfeast, availability of staff

Construction till after midnight and large dog and other noises upstairs drug use in parking lot, people standing around talking load lady out side my door under stairs looked like she was strung out
