Bel établissement pour découvrir la région et pratiquer le ski
Pros:

Bel établissement juste à côté des pistes et au centre du bourg .
Il y a un bar et un restaurant à l’intérieur c’est très bien. L’hôtel est plutôt calme. Il y a globalement tout à disposition. On peut toujours trouver améliorer mais l’endroit reste très agréable. Le personnel d’étage est très agréable.

Cons:

Les prix sont un peu élevés, y compris pour une boisson, un biscuit, un café, mais c’est le cas partout en Finlande. Donc pas de surprise.

Aamiainen hyvä. Hotelli keskellä Rukakeskusta.

Cons:

Kaupungin parkkihalli ja sähköauton lataus liian kallis. Huoneessa voimakas parfuumin haju. Saippuat olivat täyttämättä.

Pros:

Hotellin työntekijöille ISO + ymmärtämisestä että ensimäinen huone oli farssi.

Cons:

Olin Bookingin kautta varannut huoneen, tämä oli vanhalta puolelta joka kuvissa ei varaus hetkellä näkynyt, saatika lukenut. Huone oli järkyttävä, yhtään liioittelematta edes uuden huoneen saaminen lisämaksusta ei pelastanut lomaa, kun alku oli shokki.

Poor Cleanliness and Noisy Nights
Pros:

Unfortunately, our experience was not satisfactory.
The cleanliness of the rooms was poor, well below what one would expect from a hotel of this category.
During the night, the hotel allowed parties and loud noise in the corridors, making it impossible to rest or sleep properly, with no effective intervention from the staff.
The breakfast offered very limited sweet options, lacking variety.
Additionally, the restaurant closed at 10:00 pm, which is far too early and inconvenient for guests.
Overall, it was a disappointing stay that we would not recommend and would not repeat.

Aamiainen oli erinomainen ja ruokailuhuoneen tunnelma oli siisti ja henkilökunta oli ystävällistä.

Cons:

Päivitimme huoneemme Premium-tasoiseksi kirjautuessamme sisään. Olin kirjoittanut tietoihin että olemme allergiaperhe, valitettavasti respassa asiaa ei huomioitu. Meiltä kysyttiin haluammeko huoneen rinteen vai näkymän puolelta kertomatta ollenkaan että rinteen puolella ryskää hissi ja baarin mekkala kuuluu.
