Pros:

Siisti ja remontoitu huone, hyvät sängyt, tuplatyynyt! Ei niitä ällöjä päiväpeitteitä. Iloinen ja auttavainen henkilökunta. Aamupala oli erittäin hyvä.

Cons:

Huone oli aika pieni ja vuodesohva lapsen mielestä kova ja nitisevä, joten tuli viereen nukkumaan:)

Pros:

Bon emplacement au pied des pistes et super petit déjeuner. Par contre, nous n’avons pas eu la chance d’être dans l’hôtel historique mais dans l’annexe qui manque un peu de charme. Les chambres sont bien isolées mais il est impossible d’ouvrir les fenêtres et donc l’air est vite poussiéreux. Aucun ménage n’a été fait pendant les 3 nuits de notre séjour.

Tulin lomalla viikoksi mutta oli kyllä perseestä ja meni kyllä pilalle.

Irlantilais lapset juoksi käytävillä yli puolen yön.
Asuin huoneessa 322 ja siinä seonän takana siivojien huone. Ulkolaiset siivoojat tulee aamulla 5.00 paiskoen ovia vähän väliä ja kälättävät keskenään kun kanalauma heti kun sapuivat joka aami.
Ei tullu nukuttua eikä levättyä.

Olis toivonu jotain muuta.

Awfull food

Were can I start. This was our second visit this Year to Sczndic Hotel Ruka this year. After comminig back last year my husband booked it again straightway.

without tellung me. I asked him why he booked agsin he said he loved Ruka last Febuary and skining was good. Hotel ls not bad and staff very good.

But food wasnt brilliant it was awfull last year and this year.. my husband said he could find something to eat for breakfast but not Dinner apart from pudding. But I disagree with this Breskfast and evening mesl was dusgusting i didnt eat anything for breskfast and Dinner.
Ate out at lunch. For breakfast my husband had cheese and bread. Dinner just puddung has he is diebetec he has to have something to eat and all skining. I dont ski the puddings were awfull.. i have never ever had so bad food on hoilday. Pa8d a lot of money for room only bades for mysrlf. Even people in suna at the hotel last year said the food was so bad. Otherwise the hotel was good in a good location. The staff at reception and hotel were brilliant they make scandic a great hotel. The only reason i have given is because of staff otherwise I would have given it minus 0 stars

Brilliant stay
Pros:

The Scandic is conveniently located just at the entrance to the ski slopes, Its rooms are spacious and well thought-out, and quiet even when there's lots going on in the small village; the beds are comfy, the bathroom generous, the bathroom supplies of better quality than most hotels, breakfast is fantastic. But the best thing about the Scandic by far are the people that work there. Would recommend 11/10.
