Huone oli siisti ja erinomaisesti varusteltu. Vuoteet olivat erittäin mukavat. Henkilökunta oli ystävällinen ja palvelualtis. Aamiainen oli pohjoismaiseen tapaan monipuolinen ja laadukas. Kaikki Rukan alppikylän palvelut olivat pääsisäänkäynnin lähellä.
Huoneemme oli suhteellisen pitkän kävelymatkan päässä, ilmeisesti hotellin vanhassa siivessä. Sinne piti edetä 4-5 palo-oven, hissin ja rappusten kautta. Onneksi tässä siipiosassa oli päiväsaikaan avainkortilla toimiva ulko-ovi. Hotellin kiertämällä ulkokautta pääsi melkein helpommin huoneeseen.

Aamiainen oli hyvä ja monipuolinen.
Huoneessa ei ollut ilmastointia. Vaikka ei ollut helle, ilma loppui huoneesta.
Pölyinen, huonosti siivottu lattia, sängyn alus.
Kylpy pyyhe puuttui aamun siivouksen jälkeen, oli vain nippu käsipyyheitä.
Sijainti on täydellinen ja huone oli tilava. Myös erikoismaininta säilytystilasta pyörille/suksille. Aamiainen oli maittava ja riittävän laaja
Huone oli hiukan kuuma vaikka ulkona ei ollut vielä helle sekä tv:t sekosi aina välillä. Nämä parantamalla täyden 10 hotelli
Hotelli siisti kuten huonekkin. Henkilökunta mukavaa. Aamupala hyvä, erinomainen.
Rukan keskusta sumppu, mutta välillä sielläkin on matkan varrella yövyttävä, kun kesäloma matkalla ollaan.
