Ho soggiornato nella suite con terrazza, sono rimasta contentissima appena arrivata, stanza bellissima, ambiente curato nei minimi dettagli e personale gentile.
Ottima struttura, non appena entravi emanava un profumo di pulito, pulizia ottima anche nella stanza.
Posizione vicinissima al centro.
Ubicacion excelente, cerca del metro y de la Gran Via.

I have stayed at the hotel a couple of times before and decided to stay again because I liked the location, the room and the staff are always friendly and helpful.
On this occasion I found that the WiFi was not very good especially in the evening over the weekend. I had to use my own data to make video calls. This might have been because it was May bank holiday and the hotel was full so a lot of people may have been using it at that time. At other times (i.e. during the day and on Monday evening) the WiFi was fine.
I also found the room, which looked out over the street, was quite noisy when the streets were being cleaned and the rubbish was being collected in the early hours of the morning (especially all the recycled glass bottles). I know this is out of the control of the hotel but it woke me several times and I found it difficult to sleep.

Café da manhã um pouco tumultuado. Reposição de copos e xícaras feita pelos funcionários de forma barulhenta e meio atabalhoada.
Ovos mexidos no café da manhã ruins e frios ( certamente devido à demora na troca / reposição)

Nice clean rooms with excellent facilities and superb service when I had a problem - I hadn't been booked for the second night of my three day visit but the staff found me another room at short notice and were most civilised about it. Very good value too given location.
It's a bit old fashioned but none the worse for it. Noise outside my room in the middle of the night but hardly the hotel's fault.
Ļoti laba atrašanās vieta - blakus karaļa pils, operas nams, metro, taksometru pietura. Vecpilsētu var izstaigāt kājām. Liela vannas istaba, laba gulta, garšīgas brokastis, klusi darbojošs kondicionieris. Mums ļoti patika šī viesnīca!
Location
Size room. We paid for a triple bedroom and the third bed was in a hallway and no room between beds. Room was really uncomfortable and no clue for money
