The hotel was in a fantastic location.
The staff were more than happy to assist in any way.
My husband had left his mobile in the taxi on the way to the station. Rafael, on the reception desk, was a great help in retrieving it for us. We were very happy.
We will definitely stay at Hotel Opera again.

The shower has mold in the walls near the bottom and the shower door did not lock properly

Necesita ser renovado, tiene bastantes defectos debido al paso del tiempo que no han sido arreglados y para lo caro que es deberían cuidar bastante mas estos detalles
La situación del hotel.
Habitación muy pequeña para tres personas. Nos dieron la novena planta (es una buhardilla). Casi que no podíamos andar por el pasillo de la habitación porque te dabas con el techo. Llevábamos maletas grandes y no teníamos espacio para dejarlas. Si nos movíamos las tres por la habitación, teníamos que esperar que pasara una para que pudiera pasar la otra. El techo súper peligroso para gente alta. Armario muy pequeño. Horario del desayuno poco acorde para personas que hacen turismo y les gusta levantarse temprano (hasta las 8.00 de la mañana no abrían el desayuno). En fin, calidad y precio muy desajustado.

O quarto é muito pequeno, colocaram uma cama de solteiro num espaço onde não cabia então ficou muito apertado e a minha criança de 4 anos pagou como um adulto, portanto deveria ter mais conforto. O chuveiro é ruim.
