מלון טוב במיקום מצויין
Pros:

המלון ממוקם במקום מרכזי ושקט.החדר היה מרווח ונקי.יש חדר כושר נחמד.צוות המלון היה נחמד.נוח מאד להגיע מהמלון ברגל להרבה מהמקומות.יש תחנת מטרו מאד קרובה למלון.יש הרבה מסעדות ובתי קפה בסביבת המלון.

Cons:

באחד הימים לא החליפו לנו את המגבות.ביום אחר השאירו מגבת אחת במקום שניים ולא פינו את הפחים.ארוחת הבוקר היתה בסדר לי ולאישתי היה מה לאכול אבל צריך קצת יותר גיוון ולהוסיף עוד קצת ירקות.

Es war gut und ok, jedoch stelle ich mir ein 4 Sterne Hotel besser vor.
Pros:

Das Bad war spitze, der Wasserdruck in der Dusche etc. Perfekt!!! Die Einrichtung war auch ok.

Cons:

Die Aussicht war schlecht und vor allem kann man die Fenster nicht verdunkeln. Kein Vorhang der das Zimmer dunkel machen kann! Das Personalzimmer direkt gegenüber, deswegen war es mega laut immer! Kaffee kann man sich erst ab 8:30h aufs Zimmer bringen lassen... in der Regel stehen Leute früher auf und hätten gerne einen Kaffee. Ich musste zu Starbucks marschieren um einen zu kriegen!

Delightful hotel in great location
Pros:

Location and Friendly staff. Twin beds were v large and comfortable. Had a v good sleep after walking all day.

Cons:

Shower was only warm for the first person's shower so second guest had to deal with cool water.

Sounds from other rooms could be heard so not v soundproof nor was the bathroom which was a frosted glass box but we were generally happy with the hotel.

Excelente Hotel y ubicación
Pros:

La ubicación, habitaciones y equipamiento excelente. La atención del personal fue de primera y siempre estuvieron dispuestos a ayudarnos, especialmente cuando dejamos en consigna las maletas, tanto el día que llegamos, como en el que nos fuimos. Todos muy amables y nos ayudaron con un check out extendido.
El desayuno muy rico y variado. Y la ubicación, realmente buena, a pasos de la Opera y del Palacio real. Lo recomiendo y volvería.

Shower floor is slippery where my friend slipped while taking a shower. Limited electrical outlets in the room. Smart TV is not working properly, we were not able to connect our gadgets after several attempts.

La estancia en el hotel fue un regalo de aniversario de bodas de oro para mis padres. Tuvieron muchos detalles preciosos con ellos decorando la habitación para hacerles su estancia aún más bonita, sin yo decirles nada. Mis padres estuvieron fenomenal.

нас было трое. туалетные принадлежности были на 1 человека.тапочек и халаты после того как попросили принести.
