Great location, with a few quirks - but overall a lovely stay!
Pros:

Great location, just a short walk from the S-Bahn, making it very easy to get around Berlin. Overall, a decent and comfortable place for a short stay - nothing fancy, but it does the job nicely.

Cons:

No kettle in the room, so sadly your evening tea or morning coffee has to wait for a little adventure outside the room.

Cons:

Uns wurde eine bestehende Buchung einfach abgesagt. Angeblich wegen Betriebsschließung. Das war aber gelogen. Wir vermuten, dass man zum Foo Fighters Konzert einfach mehr Geld machen wollte. Denn es war geöffnet, wir hatten aber sehr früh gebucht - vermutlich war es dem Hotel zu günstig. IHG nie wieder!

Als wir ankamen, wurde uns erst mal gesagt das wir Umgebucht sind. Wir haben 9 Monate vorher das Hotel gebucht null Information erhalten wegen der Umbuchung. Das Umgebuchte Hotel wusste natürlich nicht davon. Aber das Holiday Inn Flash hat sich nach einigen Telefonaten um uns ganz freudlich gekümmert und es gab sogar Getränke aufs Haus. Da wir zwei Familien waren haben wir dann auch zwei Zimmer bekommen. Kann nur mein Dank an das Holiday Inn Flash sagen. Das Hotel Garner Messe by nie wieder wir haben dadurch zwei Stunden Stress gehabt noch nicht einmal Booking com haben sie eine Information gegeben......einfach eine Frechheit.

Hab bei Garner Hotel gebucht wo wir ankamen wurden mir in ein anderes hotel verwiesen war sauer Hab extra hotel gebucht weil es in der Nähe von der Messe war mußten weiter fahren mit dem Bus sogar dann wurden wir mit dem Taxi in ei anderes Hotel gefahren worden mußten das bezahlen wohl es hieß das Hotel bezahlt das .Am nächsten Morgen hieß es mir müssen für das Frühstück extra bezahlen wohl ich Übernachtung und Frühstück gebucht hatte dann hatte ich ein Zimmer mit 2 einzelnen Betten gebucht gehabt das gab's auch nicht oder mir sollten dazu bezahlen bin wirklich sauer
